“Last night my fiance and I walked across the city for the DQ. Unfortunately it took us longer than planned and we didn't arrive until 2-3 mins to closing. I was anticipating (rightfully) upset/rude service. It was the total opposite! Everyone was professional and fast, and the manager was extremely polite. We sincerely thanked them for serving us so last second, our fault. I had a small blizzard and my fiance has a shake and they were both absolutely amazing. Of course, we all tipped my Blizzard and not a drip fell off :) A great experience, so glad we made it with time to spare when many restaurants lock the door early. Thank you Northside DQ!“

“I've come here twice this past week, once in restaurant and once through the drive through. Both visits were to get a frosty treat and both times they were delicious. Service at this location is always speedy and the staff are good at what they do. They aren't overly friendly but given that the demographic of the workers is mainly high school students, I understand why they aren't overly excited to be working. Despite this, the speedy service is enough to ignore their lack of enthusiasm. Good job DQ, keep doing what you're doing and keep sending me those coupons in the mail!!!“

“I ordered an Oreo Blizzard, and it was just right—creamy, crunchy, and perfectly sweet. The service was fast, and the staff got the job done efficiently (even he looks serious). It’s just in a food court, but they offer a great variety of desserts, including cakes. Definitely a solid spot to satisfy a sweet craving!“
