I would not recommend this place. I went there the evening of December 3rd to get an ice cream cake. They took the cake out of the freezer and pit it on the counter as apparently only 1 girl could put happy birthday on it. They asked her to do it; however, she was too busy chatting and joking around with her friends that had come in and were at the counter to serve a customer. Meanwhile my cake is getting softer and softer. When I finally got the cake so I could leave her snotty friends made a comment when I left.. worst service ever. 😒

Manger with an arm sleeve tattoo (didn’t catch her name) went out of her way to get me a phone charger from the basement in order to for me to catch a flight. Also made a mean Oreo blizzzy. 10/10 experience

I will never go to Diary Queen ever again because I order 2 Chicken wraps for take out I assumed there was chicken in the wraps when walking 20 minutes home come to find out only lettuce, but that's not all when returning to complain staff seem to laugh at these situations without any apology or extra compensation for the inconvenience if I could give zero stars I definitely would!!!

I had an excellent experience with your employee, Madhav. He was very polite and suggested the Brownie Batter Blizzard, which was fantastic. I truly appreciate his polite nature and outstanding customer service.

I'm sure it was an off night and it wasn't busy but stuff were busy joking around with each other and didn't notice me walk in at first. Blizzards were great ??Personally I just felt like I was intruding
