My partner and I are quite disappointed with our experience here. I ordered a large Oreo Blizzard and she ordered a large Chocolate Brownie Extreme. We both paid an additional cost for extra toppings and neither of us received that. My Oreo Blizzard was basically vanilla ice cream and hers was missing brownie. I clearly communicated that we wanted extra toppings, and the receipt indicates that we were charged for those additional toppings. This oversight felt intentional, as it was hard to believe it was just an accident. Given this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location in the future.

Prospect St, Fredericton location. I had driven from the next time zone, and unknowingly ordered at closing. The staff did not tell me and took my order. While waiting I realized my mistake as my vehicle clock had not automatically switched. I saw while waiting that they were closing and cleaning. I apologized to them and expressed my appreciation for their work ethic.

At the empty drive through late at night I waited 15 minutes to have my order taken and I was charged extra for food I didn’t order.

Understaffed

i have never. ever been served a COLD burger at a fast food restaurant, despite eating in.

somehow the employees at this store cant even manage to serve hot food. im honestly baffled.

Didn’t get order correct, didn’t know what we were there for when we arrived at the window after just ordering. Got home and order was wrong… lack of attention to detail and customer service skills could use major improvement. Given allergies are an issue attention to detail is important.

Just because I can’t select negative stars I am doing single star! Absolutely ridiculous and racist staff. On ordering a dessert in drive through I asked them to not add marshmallows because of the allergy and just to make sure they heard it correctly I confirmed it again. After pulling up to the window saw the staff members laughing on the situation. And after making the payment they handed me the order with a mimic voice stating “no marshmallows” and smiling like a racist. Not even that but also after I started driving off everyone in there started laughing again.

Visited on a Sunday evening. After ordering and taking a seat, a young employee came to the table to announce the grill had "blown up" (meaning, it stopped working lol) and that "no meat could be cooked". So, can't comment on the burgers but the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard was tasty. They refunded the cost for the burgers. Nice clean dining area.

Pulled up to drive thru and tried to order an hour before close, and no one answered at all. Pulled around and sat there waiting and waved, no one came over. No headsets we’re on even though drive thru was open

Please teach your employees how to properly make the blizzards. I have had my blizzard made incorrectly the last 6 times I have been to this Dairy Queen location. It is an oreo fudge brownie blizzard which is meant to be chocolate ice cream (unsure if it is actual chocolate ice cream, or a syrup), but either way it is made with straight vanilla every time and is a completely different flavour. I don't like vanilla ice cream so it jsut becomes a waste. I never wanted to complain but I have had it made correctly at this location in the past, just not in the last 8-9 months so I am unsure what the problem is. Thank you.
