I ordered an Oreo Blizzard, and it was just right—creamy, crunchy, and perfectly sweet. The service was fast, and the staff got the job done efficiently (even he looks serious). It’s just in a food court, but they offer a great variety of desserts, including cakes. Definitely a solid spot to satisfy a sweet craving!

staff here is always so lazy, most times they just hide in the back or always have awful customer service and are rude to the all customers, cause they dare have to actually do their job. also got an strawberry cheesecake blizzard today and the girl working cash handed me a vanilla blizzard with a single strawberry lmfaooo

I went yesterday and got a brownie and Oreo cupfection and the lady that served me was very sweet, I really wish they had a tip option on the debit machine! I don’t carry cash

I don't normally leave a bad review for this is my favorite fast food but your server's today are NOT doing their jobs and leaving the the front end girl without any help or guidance. I felt bad for her because of the lack of service. Customers are waiting 10 mins for orders and my orde4 given was not what I asked for.

Please bring back your regular weekday staff. I don't know why you decided to change it up. Having staff not familiar with the regulars is making things take longer. The staff used to know my order, this is disappointing.

Giving this place a full star review cuz last time I was there this INCREDIBLY RUDE WOMAN harrassed and insulted this one young worker for NO REASON and it was honestly this most awkward and uncomfortable thing that I have ever witnessed in a food service setting and I hope all the workers have a great day and that the rude woman never comes back . the Blizzards I always get here are awesome and I highly recommend it . just remember it's not a whole restaurant it's a food court restaurant and they need to be cut some slack .

Today Friday December 5, 10 am, the cashier woman was very rude, we were asking what have inside the drinks and she up her voice and scream asking the size of the drink impatient. We almost quit but we still asked the drink. Anyway she was rude and impatient, the store open 10 am so we ask our drinks in the right time. So I’m not sure why she was so impatient and rude. Anyway, was a bad vibe.
I asked my Grandson to pick us up a 500 mil bottle of water, I gave him a $20.00 dollar bill, when he came back he had already opened the bottle of water, he gave me back the change and receipt, this bottle of water cost $4.60 cents, I could not believe it, when I questioned (politely) the young girl working there she said, yes that is the cost, I walked away shaking my head, same bottle same brand 2 steps away at a KFC $1.99, lesson learned,

I stopped by Dairy Queen in the mall today. I was debating if I wanted to get a drink or not. I saw the contest buy a 16oz Sparker, or Smoothie. I asked the cashier about the sparkler from the contest and then decided on a preimum triple berry Smoothie, but I asked one more time. To make sure that it qualified, for the contest she said yes. Then when the server brought my drink I did not see the sticker so i asked where it was only located only to be told the premium smoothie I got did not qualify. I told her I had got it because the cashier said it qualified. Either the cashier does not know the contest rules or she is intentionally misleading customers. I will avoid this location in the future for contest.
