Today Friday December 5, 10 am, the cashier woman was very rude, we were asking what have inside the drinks and she up her voice and scream asking the size of the drink impatient. We almost quit but we still asked the drink. Anyway she was rude and impatient, the store open 10 am so we ask our drinks in the right time. So I’m not sure why she was so impatient and rude. Anyway, was a bad vibe.

I asked my Grandson to pick us up a 500 mil bottle of water, I gave him a $20.00 dollar bill, when he came back he had already opened the bottle of water, he gave me back the change and receipt, this bottle of water cost $4.60 cents, I could not believe it, when I questioned (politely) the young girl working there she said, yes that is the cost, I walked away shaking my head, same bottle same brand 2 steps away at a KFC $1.99, lesson learned,

I stopped by Dairy Queen in the mall today. I was debating if I wanted to get a drink or not. I saw the contest buy a 16oz Sparker, or Smoothie. I asked the cashier about the sparkler from the contest and then decided on a preimum triple berry Smoothie, but I asked one more time. To make sure that it qualified, for the contest she said yes. Then when the server brought my drink I did not see the sticker so i asked where it was only located only to be told the premium smoothie I got did not qualify. I told her I had got it because the cashier said it qualified. Either the cashier does not know the contest rules or she is intentionally misleading customers. I will avoid this location in the future for contest.

I order a plain cheeseburger with bacon almost every time and they put everything on it almost every time. I’m almost done going there. It is less work to just make my order right...

35 degrees outside and ordered blizzards Asked to pull forward and wait. After 15 minutes and the drive thru emptied out (and most of them got blizzards) I called. Didn't even make them yet. When I did get them they couldn't be bothered to put lids on so they spilled out all over the cup holders. Thanks DQ.

I ordered a blizzard tonight and the girl was cleaning a ladder when I approached the counter. She took my order and cash and proceeded to make my blizzard.Handled ladder and then money and didn’t wash her hands before she made my order.
Other than icecream products they were out of chicken and hotdogs on our last stop in.

I waited about 15-20 minutes and the employees didn’t even acknowledge that my grandfather and I were standing there. All I wanted was a smoothie. It was a little upsetting that they wouldn’t even look to see if there was any customers waiting to order.

Always great to go to DQ. Place is well laid out. Staff are friendly and efficient. I love Orange Julius. Be having those for over 20 years. A great refreshing afternoon filler to get you through to supper.
