Horrible customer service... the place is a joke now... can't even cook the fries even when asked to have them well done. When I brought it up the lady starts to argue with me. On top of that you hardly get any fries now and its way over priced. The tables were all disgustingly dirty like they hadn't been cleaned all daywill spend my money else where from now.

They need to turn the fish fryer down and cook it longer. The batter cooks to quickly causing it to be dark on the outside but doughy on the inside. Can't believe I'm saying this, but they also need to "water down" the gravy. Way to thick. Staff was good and the place looked nice and clean.

Not a fan of this place went with my girlfriend and tried the fish and fries and found them to be just oily and tasted bland and dry. The building looked almost outdated and borderline condemned.

The food was subpar and hamburger flatter than a pancake.
This restaurant really needs to be upgraded the bathroom didn't even have a cover on the toilet tank. the dining room part was disgusting. I would love to know when the last time they upgraded. The fish had no taste whatsoever. No healthy choices.

Ate at Deluxe Prospect Street Fredericton. The staff was rude, when I had a question I got treated with disrespect and attitude.Then while sitting and eating watched and saw them talk about it.Have never seen such rude wait staff.
