Terrible customer service lately! we come here often, but this time the hostess was very rude, impatient and the reservation policy seems to change depending on who you speak with at this restaurant. Not impressed with this welcome and really soured the visit.

Our server Rebecca was so kind despite her section being full when we arrived. She was lovely!! The service and food were both very fast! The bread, tomato soup, and salad tasted great but the two alfredo pasta dishes we ordered were slightly watery and somewhat tasteless - I wouldn’t order it again.

Edit to add** Went again the next week, and it was extremely busy. Was told I could sit at the bar instead of waiting for a table (as it was just me) and I *think* with how busy it was, I had been forgotten for a bit. However, Rebecca came to the bar, and we chatted and once she realized what had happened, she immediately resolved it and put me in her section. She was so sorry, even though I told her I was not mad in the slightest, and she served me perfectly again. She was great to chat with and had an awesome vibe about her. And again, the food was great. So another great review from me

We visit Fredericton a few times a year and always make East Side Mario’s a stop while there.
This last visit was the best to date, no wait to be seated and our food was out to us super fast and was delicious.
Big kiddos to our server Chase who was very pleasant and personable and went the extra mile to make our dining experience a great one. Thank you!
