First microbrewery I visited in Fredericton. Since 2018, I still enjoy their IPA selection (especially Wild Child and Graystone Pale Ale). The atmosphere is lovely with a fireplace indoors and a gas-powered fire pit outside. Friendly service and dog friendly with a frequent food options outside from a food truck.

Huge terrasse downtown. Charming spot. The beers are delicious. Their IPA is a classic style Indian pale ale, the recipe is great. I loved the red ale.

Poor service. No personality from the statue bartender. Rude male manager. They mixed two types of beer in my glass and expected me not to notice. They laughed and admitted it when I brought it back. Horrible service!!!

Visiting from Barcelona, I definitely found my favourite IPA. Nice place and great GREAT staff as well! Jake made my trip in 2023 and 2024 I will be back in 2025 for sure

I have driven by a few times and seen folks out for a drink but didn't think I would have the chance to stop in, but on a visit to Picaroons we grabbed a Taproom Trail map and discovered a cool event where you visit several different taprooms and get a stamp to be entered into a draw. The wife and I decided to make every Friday during the summer into a date day at a different taproom. Graystone was our first (we grabbed the trail map at Picaroons but forgot to get the stamp, we will be back)
Graystone experience - hands down best service I have yet to experience. I only have three local breweries to compare experiences but was very impressed with Graystone. While ordering a second round I had picked up an additional can for a friend, the guy working said, "I'll put your name on it and leave it in the cooler for when you are ready to leave". It was perfectly cold for when we were ready to leave.
I can't speak for the "beer" - I only look for Ciders and when they tell me they have York County Cider on tap - I'm a happy customer!

Ridiculous. I have not drank this much porter or black ipa in years. The mahalo porter was off the hook! There wasn’t a bad beer in the place and it is a great relaxing taproom. Going back next time we are in town…as long as my liver holds out. We drank a lot of porter…
