Always a great experience! The staff are always so friendly and the food is always fantastic! We've been coming to this location for longer than they've been at this address!
I always order Greco and always get the same order. My past two experiences have been horrible.
Staff could care less. They clearly don’t prep enough for everything to be the same.
I asked if they could make sure the peppers were what they normally are and they laughed and ignored.
Delivery was up to 1 hour, which is fine, understaffed and can’t meet the requirements. I asked - if I picked it up, would that eliminate time?
He said yes 20 min. I’m not sure if they couldn’t concentrate because of the loud music that was played while I was trying to order
When I had my driver pick it up; the kid at the front said they didn’t start it. This was 2 min after me ordering.
I get busy times, I work in customer service. It’s the same every time now. Greco is my favorite but after tonight - my family won’t be ordering anymore.
My pizza is cold and undercooked. Yet it took an hour to cook.
Greco Dundonald is not the same. We won’t be ordering after 15 years of being Friday regulars.
They have decent deals. But pizza is incredibly greasy, we didn’t like it that much.
Wings were also oily , but tasted fine
Came for a slice of pizza tonight and left with a full belly and a huge smile. The guys working there were excellent. Loved it.
Wednesday are great days to get donairs
This is what “extra cheese” looks like at this location, every time I get a garlic finger. They don’t properly cover the pie, there are huge spots missing cheese and it’s often burnt on the edges to this degree.
Contrastingly, this is the normal amount (not the “extra” amount) of cheese that Northside and Woodstock locations give, and they don’t burn the crust.
They also give a lot less donair sauce than other locations. Many locations use the “tubs” you see in the adds, which seem to be almost twice the size (and the same price) as what this location charges; this location uses the same size they did 20 years ago, when they seemed to take more care in their product.
I wouldn’t usually write a review, but the last 8 pies I have gotten are burnt and scantly covered with cheese. It’s bot because they are busy those days, because I don’t order at peak times. If I say anything POLITELY (I worked service, I get it), the guy at the counter (supervisor?) always has a hard time hiding his irritation that I said anything, even if I express slight disapproval, and still pay for and take the pie, 9 times out of 10.
I don’t blame the employees as it is the local owner that makes these choices.
This one was remade, but I’m so SO tired of this, but North Side will not deliver to South Side.
If you’re towards Lincoln, save your money and support 100% local by going to “Papa Giuseppe”! Their Donair Sauce isn’t quite as good (still better than Domino’s), but the pies never disappoint.
Food dried out
We already sent in our complaints via the survey (see screenshot ) but nobody has replied or contacted us. The food was good, but very poor customer service, enough so that we won't be back, nor will we suggest this location to friends.
Let's start with agreed pickup time of 5:30pm ordered 3 hours ahead of time. Showed up 5:20pm to pick up was told still in oven ok so I sit down and wait, people come in order and get their food while I'm waiting for the order name to be called out. Very patiently I wait!. One hour goes by after order pick up time has passed waiting for the order name to be called that never was!. Other have came placed their order and left with their order while I watched. So I go back to the till and ask if the order for so and so is ready yet, low and behold it's ready how long is been ready I don't know but I sat an hour patiently waiting for a name that that was never called out. I get it was busy with all that went on locally that should never have happened!. I'll never go back to this location. Owner or manager who sees this thanks but don't contact me I essentially lost 5 hours of my life, 4 to pay for it after tax deductions and one waiting patiently. I'm done!
They even let me bring my scooter in

Here’s the revised version:
“I was really looking forward to my pizza, but it didn’t meet expectations at all. Despite requesting light sauce, it came with extra sauce, and the pizza looked poorly made, almost like it had been mishandled. I was surprised they could even give this pizza to a customer. The overall experience was very disappointing.”
