Never been a fan of Greco growing up in my hometown. I’ve recently been ordering from this location and haven’t been disappointed yet. The best part for me are the quantity of cheese and toppings. Always lots, never skimpy. Also, they have some crazy good deals on the Greco app.

Turns out the delivery driver took my order, the girl on the phone was empathetic about the situation but the singular worker on counter had too much on the go to care.

During our bicycle trip today we both had a craving for a Donair. We stopped in Nashua and had a Donair that was on special at five dollars apiece. For five dollars you can’t go wrong.
The service was very friendly and helpful.
I would prefer my pita bread to be a little softer and I know it’s very hard to maintain the level of softness on a pita.
We certainly did enjoy them nonetheless. The friendly service made up for everything.

Placed a order on Saturday march 28th, while the worker i spoke to on the phone that day was extreamly nice the issue came after getting the food, our panzerottis were raw, doey, sticky however you want to put it... but they were very undercooked and when I called to speak to someone about it was told to wait and then hangup on. Horrible customer service.

I received horrible customer service at this location from the “manager” Chris (Employee #899). I ordered online a medium two topping pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. When the pizza arrived it was only cheese. I called the restaurant to let them know that they had made my order wrong and requested for a new pizza to be sent. I offered to give the other pizza back. Chris the employee was very rude and defensive to me over the phone and never once apologized for the mix up and from the very start and blamed the mistake on me. I confirmed my order before placing it; therefore there must have been an issue with the online system. He never offered to compensate me at all and insisted there was no problem with the online system. I won’t be going back to this location again. Very disappointed with this experience and Chris’s lack of customer service skills.

Was super bummed when I brought this all the way back home and seen there was barely any cheese just pep and half cooked bread ( when it’s suppose to include 3 toppings and I only wanted pepperoni and cheese ….please actually put the correct amount of cheese on it !! , the staff where super friendly , but I won’t be back if these are the pizzas coming out , kids only wanted to eat the pieces with cheese on them ,
Stopped in for some donairs and garlic fingers on our way back to Ontario. Donairs were cold and garlic fingers weren't cooked in the middle. Not what I remembered. Service was fast (perhaps too fast) and online ordering system was adequate.

I came in hoping to get a slice before a haircut after work. No dice, not surprising they are good, affordable and in demand. Guy on cash 2/1/24, sacred the day and reckoned I might enjoy a donair instead. And he was bang on, served it up pronto in just 3 minutes and being hungry, I scarfed it down and was off to my haircut with time to spare! Well done! Someone give that guy a raise!
