Placed a order on Saturday march 28th, while the worker i spoke to on the phone that day was extreamly nice the issue came after getting the food, our panzerottis were raw, doey, sticky however you want to put it... but they were very undercooked and when I called to speak to someone about it was told to wait and then hangup on. Horrible customer service.

I received horrible customer service at this location from the âmanagerâ Chris (Employee #899). I ordered online a medium two topping pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. When the pizza arrived it was only cheese. I called the restaurant to let them know that they had made my order wrong and requested for a new pizza to be sent. I offered to give the other pizza back. Chris the employee was very rude and defensive to me over the phone and never once apologized for the mix up and from the very start and blamed the mistake on me. I confirmed my order before placing it; therefore there must have been an issue with the online system. He never offered to compensate me at all and insisted there was no problem with the online system. I wonât be going back to this location again. Very disappointed with this experience and Chrisâs lack of customer service skills.

Was super bummed when I brought this all the way back home and seen there was barely any cheese just pep and half cooked bread ( when itâs suppose to include 3 toppings and I only wanted pepperoni and cheese âŠ.please actually put the correct amount of cheese on it !! , the staff where super friendly , but I wonât be back if these are the pizzas coming out , kids only wanted to eat the pieces with cheese on them ,

Stopped in for some donairs and garlic fingers on our way back to Ontario. Donairs were cold and garlic fingers weren't cooked in the middle. Not what I remembered. Service was fast (perhaps too fast) and online ordering system was adequate.

I came in hoping to get a slice before a haircut after work. No dice, not surprising they are good, affordable and in demand. Guy on cash 2/1/24, sacred the day and reckoned I might enjoy a donair instead. And he was bang on, served it up pronto in just 3 minutes and being hungry, I scarfed it down and was off to my haircut with time to spare! Well done! Someone give that guy a raise!

So I just called to order pizza for my mom for pick up and who ever is working says my phone number is black listed and this makes no sense as I order pizza alot the person working tonight at 7:48 is rude and very unprofessional I explained to him that I've spoke to owner and he made my complaint 6 months ago right and took the number off black list now I've ordered pizza 2 days ago same location different person working and it was delivered and great I'm not sure what's with this worker but as an owner you may want to check on this as your losing alot business to this guy my mother who is 63 and just got home from hospital after a heart attack and she wanted pizza from Greco yet this guy refused her business my business my sister's business ever after saying we would pick up anyway this place is a mess and needs to get rid this guy because he's killing your business hope you have merry Christmas

WARNING!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE.I am vegetarian, ordered large veggie pizza which was cross contaminated with Bacon. Luckily i noticed before eating the pizza that there is bacon mixed in it.Pizza was undercooked, stale toppings and cross contamination. Basic thing to keep in mind in food industry to avoid cross contamination, looks like the owner doesnât care or there is not enough training provided to staff regarding this. I wonât be ordering from this place again, worst experience i ever had.

Tonight's pizza from the Northside Freddy location could not have been better. Everything from the dough to the toppings was fresh and delicious. This isn't the first time I have ordered from this Greco and it has been top notch chef kiss. Good stuff. Thanks!
