Today is 7th of august. My girlfriend went to pick up skip order from Harvey’s, and the experience was completely unacceptable. While she was waiting an old white lady screaming on her for no reason and asking for order number 4-5 times and making fun of her that u should learn how to hold order and she also touched her( that was totally unacceptable). When my girlfriend left one another indian staff girl doing carside order outside and she also laughed on her. My girlfriend felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and it clearly wasn’t just casual conversation. There was no professionalism, no courtesy—just rude behavior that left her feeling humiliated.
We are also regular customer of Harvey’s. This kind of treatment is not okay. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, not mocked or made to feel unwelcome.we won’t be returning to this location unless serious changes are made.

Happy I decided to eat out tonight. Staff here was professional, polite, and genuine. A very nice dining experience. And Canadian.
I recently stopped by Harveys and was pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service. The menu had a good variety of options, and everything looked fresh and well-prepared. I ordered the [BH ANGUS BURGER MEAL ], and it exceeded my expectations — flavorful, hot, and clearly made with care.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service I received from Jannat. She greeted me with a warm smile, helped me with my order, and made sure I was satisfied with everything. Her friendly and professional attitude added a personal touch that made the experience even better.
It's always a great feeling when you walk into a store and feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Thanks to Jannat, this visit was a 10/10. I'll definitely be coming back!

Ghost Pepper sauce is choice. My burger is always freshly cooked and even the value menu items come with whatever toppings you want for free. You can get fully loaded burgers for $4. Easily beats A&W and McDonald's.
