Food is always amazing!!! I love the awesome roll, Philadelphia roll and the bento box! I have tried almost every roll on the menu and all of them are great! I have also had their veggie tempura which is amazing as well.

The food was very good but the service was meh.. first of you go in and there's no sign that says to wait or sit yourself. So we stood there for quite a while for someone to show up. Once we ordered and got the food wait staff disappeared for 20-30 minutes.. I would get a reservation if I were to go again ?

We have ordered from J's many many times but tonight deserved a review.

We ordered Sushi, and the J's Asian A combo. Unfortunately the Gyoza and Spring Rolls were left out. I normally don't like to call and complain but it was a decent amount of food.. after we told them what happened they offered to pay to have what was missing delivered to us.

Not only did they do this, they also provided us with full orders (double) what we should have gotten. I honestly wasn't expecting more than the usual we will take your name for next time etc. but we had our Gyoza and Spring rolls maybe 10 minutes later. This place 100% deserves your order and I highly recommend both the downtown and Northside location.

Side Note: All of the food was fantastic.

I had Doordash deliver the California Roll (with added cream cheese), Miso soup and Chicken dumplings last night and it was absolutely delicious! Price was great. Highly recommend!
