Usually we love Jungle Jims, but was there last weekend with about 15 of us for a diaper party & was the worst experience at the Fredericton location. It was not busy at all (maybe 2 other small tables) and we waited probably 20 minutes before anyone even came to ask us about drinks or anything. Waited so long that people from the table ended up going to the bar to order their own & were told they were not allowed to order at the bar. When they finally brought drinks, they forgot half the table & they had to wait another long period. Again with the food, we waited forever & half of it was cold, people were given the wrong food & we had to get up & get our own stuff (ketchup, dishes, ect) after asking & not receiving. When time came to pay, we had to tell the waiter many times how to split the bills- when he came back he told us he already added his tips on everyones meal (this would not have been an issue if we had good service) No one at the table agreed that he should be adding his own tips to everyones bills with the service we got. (We still would have tipped, but not the amount he put on them). He then argued that he could not fix this issue & told us we were the rudest people he ever met- he also tried to make it a racial issue which is far from the truth. We would have had the same reaction no matter who the server was. He told us there was no manager we could speak to as well. We finally got him to call one & the issue was easily fixed (we had to get on the phone ourselves to speak to the manager as he would not) Also not to mention during waiting for our food, we watched some random kid coming out of the kitchen & they were standing there laughing about it. Unfortunately this experience made it so we do not want to return.

I went to the Jungle Jim's with a friend named Alisha for the unlimited wings night yesterday. I will admit that the place was doing poorly before but I could literally feel the drastic change in food, service and atmosphere now that the ownership has changed. The new crew is so friendly and sweet! Our server was Adi and Shiwani and they both were such sweethearts! Constantly checked up on us if we were doing okay and if we needed anything. And don't get me started on their food! It was an absolute chef's kiss! I would without a doubt take more friends next time and would love to change people's old perspective about this place cause they have come a far way! Keep growing and glowing guys, we're with you!

I've been here twice. Once as a customer and once as a delivery driver (doordash). When I was here as a customer the service was polite but a little slow and unfortunately the food came out cold. But tonight I came as a Doordasher and I was told it would just be a 5 minute wait as they were packing up the order. I waited 31 minutes for the customers order as the staff mostly just stood around and talked. There was another customer that came in 10 minutes after me and sat at the bar and asked for a drink. He had to wait 19 minutes until he got his drink. There's absolutely no need for that kind of service.

The best atmosphere. The greatest wings of my life. The most delicious Hurricane Super Bowl beverage and our server, Adi was absolutely delightful. I come from the big city of Vancouver and I absolutely DO recommend this place as a must go.
