Went through the drive through, when I got to the window the guy working shut the window in my face when I was trying to ask for ketchup, then shut it again while I was trying to ask for pulm sauce for my popcorn chicken. Eventually got my ketchup, then he tried to charge me for sauce for my popcorn chicken. I was trying to ask why it didn't just come with the meal I just paid for and he just no its extra and shoved the debit machine in my face.. It could be a new thing but I was pretty annoyed at the whole experience and just left.

It is a neat environment. The in- dinning area was tidy and the staff was friendly and gor my order done on time.

Went through the drive thru for my lunch and I was the only one in the line up. Could not go inside due to the renovations. Asked for pepper mayo on my sandwich and got regular mayo. Very unhappy. AND NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!

You handed me a drink so full pop was leaking down the sides when I took the drink it exploded all over me and my vehicle on the inside so I ended having to get out immediately and clean and left with no drink. You guys don't answer your calls so I created a filed complaint with KFC Canada against this establishment. I had to return home to clean myself and all to return to my day. It's total carelessness and I'll never set foot in a kfc again.
