Omg I lm so pleased with there service I ordered threw skip the dishes an the driver forgot my food an slip wouldn't do anything anyways I walked up there an I was will to buy a knew order an I see my bag that althea driver forgot..anyways I said that'd my bag but I'm still willing to buy a knew order there're like NONO I WILL MAKE U A FRESH ONE AN ITS STILL FREe thank u so much

We went at about 7:30pm. My advice don't go there at that time. Food was shitty, cold, stale and sloppy, and they tried to pass off a regular chicken sandwich as a big crunch, like hello KFC I know the difference!!! Employees seemed happy, to bad they fell short of making these two customers feel the same. Thanks for nothing but a bad taste in our mouths.

Went there today at 11:35, couldn't get in. Doors locked, no lights on, could not see any workers. Should have opened at 10:30

Update, October 2024: Staff is great around lunch. Tables were tidy, only small concern is I watched an employee return from break (after washing his hands in the washroom, so that's good) and carry their personal (lidless) drink cup through the food prep area. Not ideal per health code, but didn't raise any major alarms for me.
Amazing service provided the young and sloppy crew isn't working.
Always fast and make my order asap. It's KFC, I don't dine in, just grab takeout. But I've been in longer queues at coffee shops than I normally am at this KFC. The staff deserves a raise!!

Did not have good service. Been trying to call to let them know, but keep getting hung up on. Ordered 10 piece bucket combo, plus two Big Crunch sandwiches on the side. To start, they gave us someone else’s order, so had to stop us to switch orders out, then got home, on the other side of town, and the macaroni was FROZEN, which is absolutely unacceptable, and on top of that, the gravy was watery and barely warm, they forgot all our sauces and got our chicken burgers wrong, all of this after waiting 30 minutes!!!! Definitely will not be back until this place gets better staff and gets it together! I think a refund is in order.

Usually it's a good eat, but today it was disgusting and so disappointing. Whoever was cooking didn't care, the poutine fries were all soggy, there was barely any chicken in my wrap, the 2 piece chicken looked like it was beaten before served. Everything tasted off!!
Updating this aug 19, was there a few days ago and you guys really need to stop coating the fries it’s disgusting and I couldn’t eat them! Won’t be going back. You don’t even get the option for regular fries anymore. Also chicken was very disappointing.
