7up tasted like mold. No one there speaks English fluently. Horrible service and got my order wrong. Will not be coming back and recommend others to do the same until management changes as this is a reoccurring issue with other people.

Good customer service and the staff is very friendly. They kept checking if I liked the food or if i needed anything else. The manager was very nice and helpful he even opened the door for me when I was leaving with my kids,professional and very friendly. Great experience overall. Thank you

Made an online order through the app for 2 Pickle meals which consists of the sandwich, (upgraded to) pickle fries, pickle chips, popcorn chicken with a dip and a pop. Waited over an hour with no update so I called the store the worker said they were gonna call to see if it was ok to replace the pickle chips with regular fries(not sure why it was taking them so long to call me about the issue). I said it was ok. When the order was finally delivered we were missing both the 2 replacement fries and 2 popcorn chickens (but still sent the dips??). Called the store and the guy was acting like I was lying about the missing items. Said I could come pick up the missing items which makes no sense cause I ordered delivery. Finally he said he would escalate a refund for the missing items (We'll see what happens). Just a terrible experience and I've had multiple issues with this KFC in the past with missing items. At least through the Skip app it's simple to get a refund the official KFC app is basically useless. And the workers at this store need to double check that everything is in the order before sending it off it's that simple.

On August 13, 2025, at 11:37 AM, I placed my order using your mobile site. The site was not functioning properly, preventing me from editing my order prior to checkout. Despite this, the order confirmation indicated the advertised Popcorn Fill Up. Upon receipt, the order did not contain the product as advertised. This is the second consecutive occurrence of receiving an incorrect order from your Main Street KFC location (283 Main St, Fredericton, NB E3A 1E1).
Even though I asked at the counter twice specifically one of your employees whether the Seasoned Corn was included, I was assured both times that it was indeed part of the order. This verbal confirmation, combined with the clear menu representation, further reinforced that the product I received was not what was promised.
Following the incident, I placed more than ten calls to the store seeking resolution, but my concerns were not addressed, and I was instructed to attend the store in person. This conduct is inconsistent with professional standards, demonstrates a lack of transparency, and could be construed as an attempt to avoid accountability.

Omg I lm so pleased with there service I ordered threw skip the dishes an the driver forgot my food an slip wouldn't do anything anyways I walked up there an I was will to buy a knew order an I see my bag that althea driver forgot..anyways I said that'd my bag but I'm still willing to buy a knew order there're like NONO I WILL MAKE U A FRESH ONE AN ITS STILL FREe thank u so much
