Unprofessional. Went with a friend and He used the same id that he used there the night before. After I paid for both of us which was 20$ for some reason they decided that his id was no longer valid. The manager came out and refused to give my money back despite it being their fault!

I Always make it a good time when I go there! It is what you make of it! Good drinks, mix of different DJs, and a good vibe! DJs should be more open to requests but other than that never had any problems :)

Went for my first time a few weeks ago and I had a great experience!! There was a couple younger guys getting a little carried away and Shawn (a staff member there) quickly stepped in ensuring my safety. He handled the situation with professionalism and class. Thanks so much to all of the staff!

Last Friday, I went for a Bollywood night in Klub krome. I was disappointed with the staff, the main DJ because when I asked him to change the song or can you please play this or that song, he said I can't hear, then I showed the name of that song then he said I can't see. So, the prominent reason is why they hired that kind of staff if they could provide good customer service. So, my suggestion is if anyone wants to go there, don't go just enjoy your home or somewhere else in this beautiful city (Fredericton).

Had a very unpleasant experience at Khrome tonight. Usually it is a great place which is why we went, but tonight the atmosphere had appeared to change. When arriving an hour before it closed we were shocked to still be met with a $6 door fee (raised since the last time we were there). To ensure our door fee was worth it, we confirmed with staff that it was busy. They replied that is was so we were willing to pay despite our doubts. When going into the club we were disappointed to see there were no more than 15 people in the club. We tried our best to enjoy it, but found it difficult to justify our paid entrance fee and were extremely frustrated when we found out we were lied to. On our way out, the door staff wouldn’t even make eye contact with us. Will not be returning anytime soon if this is the new expectation unless changes are made. Don’t waste your time or money.
