I recently bought an ice cream in a waffle cone. The ice cream itself was delicious, but unfortunately, I couldn’t finish the cone. It tasted very stale, as if it had either been stored for too long or made with old flour. The unpleasant aftertaste lingered for a while. It’s disappointing, as it ruined an otherwise enjoyable treat.

the worker was super rude, did not even greet us and was angrily staring at us and did not even want to interact…. the cones were stale and tasted like raw potatoes?!? the ice cream was good but not worth 15 dollars

I walked by and saw the manager not even wearing a mask... not only is it a provincial law but you are working with food. Absolutely unacceptable will never go there again, especially seeing it was management not wearing a mask that is mandatory; so disrespectful and gross COVID is not a joke and neither are provincial rules put in place to keep people safe. The utter disregard for science and human life is disgusting.

The last time I went into the store i got a tub of ice cream later that night I went to eat it and I found a hair in my ice cream, when I went back to get a new tub of ice cream they were happy to exchange but when I got home I found two more hairs in my new tub of ice cream. I recommend hair nets or something so that people don’t find hairs in their ice cream.

Have been very disappointed the last few times I’ve been in. A lot of the girls are wearing nail polish or fake nails, I do not think that this should be allowed in a food industry, unless they are wearing gloves at all times (which they are not). This is the second time in 3 months I have found nail polish residue in my ice cream. Have decided I won’t be back ordering ice cream here, it’s such a shame I have been coming for years and have never had a problem I have noticed a huge difference in how the store is run in the past 6 months

I decided to treat myself earlier this evening. Staff is super friendly, but ice cream quality is not great! I ordered a dipped waffle bowl with 1 scoop of mocha and 1 scoop of peanutbutter chocolate ice cream. My ice cream had ice shavings throughout as if it were freezer burnt. My waffle bowl was so stale that it I could not bite through it and ended up having to throw it out trying 2-3 times to eat it. Very disappointed as the waffle bowls are quite expensive to purchase and mine was not edible. Overall, will not be purchasing ice cream from the store again.
