I have had Pretzel pizza from Little Ceasers before and it was great but this location give me bread with salt on it with minimal cheese sauce and next to no cheese. I asked the cook my wings extra long so they would be crunchy. They gave me soggy wings. Even the Pretzel crust wasn't made great. 👎

I ordered the bundle deal with pretzel crust and two medium pepperoni pizzas. I received a burnt cheese pizza my second pizza was non existent because I only received one pizza. Also gave me dry tasteless bread.

The man working at the cash register told me that the store won’t except my coupon because apparently his store isn’t owned by little Ceasars it’s locally owned

A little hard to understand when placing an order but they are very good about it, Delicious deep dish pizza ,love the cinnabons, Very quick and my order has been accurate. I will continue to go until I'm given a reason not to. Great work guys and gals ,thank you!

Ordered a stuffed crust peperoni, literally came with a small, dried chicken bone, lost my appetite instantly, just disgusting, how can you even let that happen? I wish I could add a picture, but I can't.

Horrible customer service. Ordered about an hour before lunch rush. And waited 51 minutes for one deep dish pizza. I came in first and watched other customers walk in and out with their order. I don't know if they forgot we had ordered. But it took forever. The hot and ready advertisement is out the window at this location. Besides the fact I waited nearly one hour for a pizza. The pizza came out doughy and horrible quality. I will not return to this location.

The girl at the front counter was extremely rude to my brother who was just dropping off his resume .They don’t have any respect for their costumers. Extremely disappointed with the service . Please work on your costumer service.

The worst experience i ever had I was going for an order and there were 2 people behind me and he said move to the back I have to take the order rude but ok I said maybe it wasn't ready but after he did the same this with the 2 people he gave me my order and It was in the heater just there from the being. I realize that he is working alone but no reason to be rude and just take 2 secs to give me my order and let me go.
Food was fine. There was a large amount of staff but they basically left the front unattended.

My previous review was scathing in terms of how filthy this place was. It was fairly miserable. Now they have portals and cleaner floors and counters. The bathroom was not the usual sty and was cleaner. Love progress and hence the score.

Was served burnt cheese pizza and burnt deep dish pizza. I chose not to complain about the deep dish, but the cheese pizza was so burnt my son wouldn't touch it. Called in, they took my name and number. Go today to get the replacement to be told sorry!! We.dont see anything. If I ever go again I'll be sure to check before I leave. Also didn't give me a receipt which didn't help.
