They have been catering our hot lunch at school for quite some time now and the students absolutely love the food. Mary Browns made sure that they adhere to the policy of healthy eating at schools by accommodating nutritious considerations on the menu they serve the school. Food is kept warm upon delivery. Service is great and the management and staff of the store are all very friendly.

I went to Mary brown ‘s chicken Fredericton with my kids. We had bad experiences with it and I order family Pack .my son find out one piece of chicken comes with black hair and chicken was too greasy staff reaction not satisfied.they try to change the piece of chicken and they ask reduce half of price .we refused that and I get my money back .my family try to spend the beautiful evening with mary brown ‘s it was so disgusting we will not come again very disappointed!

The lady who is working in front has VERY POOR customer service! do not know how to apologize with their mistakes. When I ask her what happened to my order if they give it to someone else, she just turn and pretended to do something.I ordered 6pcs chicken (split 3reg and 3 honey bbq) chicken popins, cinnamon biscuits, gravy to have it delivered for additional cost of $5.99. I received 4 spicy chicken and poutine. I was not very happy about it! I called the store to let them know that I got a totally different order. The man I talked to on the phone said they will give me what I ordered and have it pick up because they can’t have it redelivery because I was their fault. We can’t eat the spicy chicken I received from the delivery, so I went to the store to pick up my order (i just wasted 5.99 delivery fee)

Usually live Mary Briens chicken but nit in the case if Fredericton location. I ordered a two piece of chicken with taters. Word for word this is what was said. It comes with one piece of white?,but,can get two ribs in it? he said sure we can do the two ribs. Could get a couple if the honey mustard sauce yes but a problem I travelled there by bus and once I opened the box up at home one rib kne leg and no honey mustard sauce to dip my taters into . Called them and was told oh it’s been 2.5 hours and calling now (cause that’s when choose to eat nit in the bus),plus we didn’t mess up that bad !!,so unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it but I can do something by never coming back to this location ever again basically gave my money away today and my time to go there dont make the same mistake as me by the mere fact of if going there in the first place!!! H that’s got to be one of the most Horrible customers service I’ve ever had in any place I’ve ordered food from I definitely don’t expect a response because I already called and that was the response I received that I should eaten my food right away when he wanted me too hot when he wanted me too lol never again so when my bible study group of plus 30 women in very close proximity to regent s.t wants to get lunch shot our weekly meetings I will definitely be bringing this up to them ne not suggesting that we get our food there so thanks hope it was worth negative customer service I received flyer nit getting the correct order !
The potato wedges are the best in town, perfect amount of salt, and totally addictive.Though the chicken is just okay, I could take it or leave it.

Staff was super friendly, I usually go to Oromocto as it's closer but decided to visit this one since I was in town, I was surprised by the difference in quality and amount, the chicken was fine but the taters were very small pieces and not many at all, I paid over $18 for a 3 piece and was expecting more/better quality taters as I really do love Mary Brown's taters but didn't really get to enjoy them this time around. Also asked for mac and cheese and when I got home I had cole slaw.

Spicy 3 piece was what I ordered for takeout and got back to the apartment 2 large prices were perfect and spicy the 3rd piece was a tiny wing not something to serve as a piece of chicken in a meal more for an order of chicken

The “Big Mary” is should be renamed to the small to medium sized Mary - the size of the sandwich underwhelming for the price.
There's always crispy delicious chicken, and the taters are also always uniquely crisp. The place is clean and people are nice. I love Mary Brown's.
