This location has to be one of the busiest places on the north side. That being said, I don’t understand how the fries are always stale and cold? Not only that we wait a good 20mins for our food in the first place and even when u order online for delivery is the same way. Long wait ,cold and stale food. Being such a popular restaurant you think you would be held to a bit higher standard than that. Higher prices for stale food? Sounds about right these days…

When going through the drive-through they should not be putting Speak proper English on the telephone Including taking proper precautions when making the food for your specific order, including getting the order right value of the food and not overcharging Food was also not very fresh clearly reused fries and not hot food!! Not very happy with this place it’s chaotic in there dirty and I won’t be returning it’s disgusting

We ordered 2 meals this evening and both had cold fries, and 1 of the burgers was cold as well... I dont mind the high prices but do expect a good meal in return. Very disappointed

Nice McDonald's we stopped at on our way passing through.
Parking lot had the drive through go right through it so it was tricky to navigate safely to get into and out of the establishment.

Northside night crew is the worst thing that ever happened since the day manager swapped from nights to days foods always cold and old I've stopped going to this location entirely as southside/prospect is 8/10 times hot and service is way better
Orders are generally correct, food is good same as any McDonald's, ordering breakfast tends to be very slow at this location (if you want hashbrowns or breakfast fajitas expect to wait a while). Expect to be hassled for money both at the drive through and walking in/out of the building as this location become a favorite hangout for a bunch of homeless drug addicts.

Ordered a grilled chicken wrap and skor mcflurry. Got a crispy wrap and the mcflurry was strawberry cheesecake, didn't want or like the mcflurry. Staff need to pay more attention to the customer's order. Slip was right, food wasn't. Won't be going there anymore.

They always mess up my order someway or another charging for extra sauce but never giving it and never putting straws in the bag also huge waiting times of up to 35 min just to order. The parking lot is full of people all drugged up and acting sketchy but the worse part is how they consistently mess up my order.
