I had an unpleasant experience with this lady, May I Don’t know the Extact position but She is Manager and working at Prospect Street MC Donald ( Amanpreet Kaur) whose behavior towards our staff and aslo with Customers was unacceptably rude and unprofessional. Her interactions lacked of basic courtesy and respect, creating a negative atmosphere among the team. This kind of attitude is detrimental to any work environment and not something we can tolerate.Please Terminate this type of employee as soon as possible.and Absolutely terrible experience with the night staff. From the moment I arrived, it felt like customers were a burden rather than the reason the place is open. The wait time was ridiculous for a fast-food restaurant, especially considering how quiet it was. When I finally received my order, it was wrong — missing items, cold food, and clearly thrown together without any care.
The attitude of the night staff made everything worse. No greeting, no apology, and no effort to fix the mistakes without visible annoyance. It honestly felt like asking them to do their job was an inconvenience. Basic customer service was completely nonexistent. Mainly (Punjabi Staff)and Indian Staff is so Terrible and Unprofessional. Please terminate all of them.
What’s even more frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time issue. Every late-night visit seems to come with the same problems: long waits, poor communication, incorrect orders, and staff who seem uninterested in helping. If items are unavailable or there’s a delay, at least explain it instead of leaving customers confused and ignored.
McDonald’s is supposed to be consistent, but this night crew delivers the exact opposite. If management doesn’t step in to improve training, attitude, and accountability, this location will continue to lose customers. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s at night unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

McDonald's Prospect has a nice playground for kids! One thing to note is the playground here closes at 8pm. However, the McDonald's in Oromocto keeps the playground open until 12am.

Ever since they renovated (a few years ago), it is not uncommon to have to wait 20-30 minutes for your food, if you order inside... and that's even when there's nobody else ahead of you.
They only care about servicing drive thru. Of course, they're only interested in speed there, so don't expect anyone to be friendly or courteous.
You will often get yelled at for checking your order before pulling away from the window, because you're in their way... but if you don't, you can rest assured that there will be errors with your order.
