McDonald's Prospect has a nice playground for kids! One thing to note is the playground here closes at 8pm. However, the McDonald's in Oromocto keeps the playground open until 12am.

Ever since they renovated (a few years ago), it is not uncommon to have to wait 20-30 minutes for your food, if you order inside... and that's even when there's nobody else ahead of you.
They only care about servicing drive thru. Of course, they're only interested in speed there, so don't expect anyone to be friendly or courteous.
You will often get yelled at for checking your order before pulling away from the window, because you're in their way... but if you don't, you can rest assured that there will be errors with your order.

Worst McDonald's ever, bathrooms are coded for entry and disgusting, staff are rude. If that is the state of the bathroom, I'm horrified to think of how bad the kitchen is.
This restaurant is very inconsistent. Quality is hit and miss, usually miss. The best QSC is usually from September to May, Monday to Friday during the daytime hours. Today, a Monday in August for lunch,I had a McChicken sandwich. It was lukewarm, barely any lettuce with sauce sliding off one side. This store needs serious management retraining or is it they don't really care anymore about the customer? Perhaps it is time, seeing the many negative reviews, to send complaints directly to McDonald's Canada. Do better McDonald's!

I’m generally happy with McDonald’s, but my recent experiences at this location have not been great. I’m posting this because the same issues happened on two consecutive visits.
Day 1: I took my kids through the drive-thru and they both ordered Happy Meals with Hotcakes, Fries and a Toy. Unfortunately, the toys were missing. It was quite disheartening for the kids, as all they were excited about was the McDonald’s toy. I called the store, and the manager kindly offered to replace them, but going back wasn’t an option at that time.
Day 2: We returned the next day and repeated the same order. While they were preparing it, I mentioned the previous day’s issue and the staff reluctantly provided two toys. At least the kids were happy, but this time the order was missing hotcake syrup.
This shows it’s not just a one-time mistake but a consistent lapse in service. It seems the staff may be either new, not trained properly, or rushing through orders.
Such service is not expected, especially from a primary city location. Store: Prospect St., Fredericton
McDonald’s, please look into retraining the staff here to uphold the quality and service your brand is known for.

Absolutly aweful place even by fast food standards never gets orders right managers laugh about it avoid this place , have gotten burgers from there with bites outt of them avsolutly horrendous

That's my last visit. They make you go to the next window or the parking spot when you are ordering standard off the menu items. Don't seem to understand that people are in a hurry in the morning.
