It’s the same McDonald as every other one BUT if you don’t want to wait in the often crazy long line at Prospect St and get a little walk and have the pleasure of being waited on by the nicest staff it’s worth the drive.

Always insanely dirty
I don’t think they ever go around and clean the floor or the tables. Every time I come here I find myself having to put hand sanitizer on a napkin to clean all of the food and dirt off of my table.

I was waiting at a counter for 10 minutes! I called them but they didn't react at all! Ridiculous
I ordered large fries and the manager with purple hair give me 1pcs of ketchup and i request for more the girl with purple hair give me 2 ketchup and she look at me and give a side eye big no no employee is not friendly i think they don’t love their job lol
Disappointing Experience Every Time
I’ve given this place multiple chances, but it’s always a letdown. The dining room is consistently a mess — dirty tables, trash on the floor, and an overall feeling of neglect. It’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority.
On top of that, the staff is painfully slow. Whether it’s taking an order, refilling a drink, or just getting someone’s attention, it feels like you’re being ignored. The lack of urgency and poor customer service are beyond frustrating.
I had hoped things would improve, but it’s clear that management isn’t interested in making any changes. Save yourself the disappointment and get food service elsewhere.
I ordered my food online and was unfortunately not able to get there at a reasonable time. Upon arriving I asked them if my order was there (which it was not because it was thrown out) I totally understood and said "ok thats ok I'll get the same thing" the individual who I'm assuming was the manager (no name tag) then complained and said "I'm wasting money in her product" and decided to give me the food for free (which was the wrong order) A. Intended on paying because it was my mistake B. Didn't even let me fully explain my order and C. When I asked for a drink she gave me a drink with no ice and no straw... Poor service coming from someone in management who decided to give one of their customers attitude who really didn't deserve it.

I ordered at the cash because the kiosk had a line up and now i understand why nobody went to the cash. I told my cashier my order a junior McChicken small combo with a small fry and small ORANGE fruitopia. The debit machine went on so i tapped, and she proceeded to get mad at me saying that “i hate when people do that” “you didnt pay” even though i showed them it tapped out of my account. She got who i assume was her manager for the shift and she started saying it was my fault for tapping without the cashier telling me. Why put the debit machine to go if you put it in wrong. Anyways she end up being rude and throwing my cash to me because she over charged me. And still got my order wrong WORST MCDONALDS EVER

I ordered a cup of water and I got it with yellow incense in it. I don't know what's the the problem. If it's the quality of the water or the filter, but I'm a 100%, not recommending this water.

My worst McDonald’s experience by farPlaced my order.. 5 minutes later they have called a different number I was the only one standing and the coffee wasn’t there, so I haven’tHad to wait for another 10 minutes … then asked about my order. It turned out to be the number they have called 10 minutes earlier was stuck on my order by mistake … I’ve asked for replacement as items were so cold… the lady was talking to me with angry attitude and had to go check the food with her hand to make sure it is really cold (she put gloves on)… she made another order treated me with attitude and said next time you listen to your number. When she called my number she was sort of yelling… people around me were laughing.
There is this elder lady who works there and she was one of the rudest people I have ever met! And not just once!
