I am a frequent customer of Mezza and I have never been disappointed. In fact it gets better and better each time. The staff are phenomenal. I always get the same thing and add something to it that doesnât usually come as part of the meal and if I ever forget to ask for it, itâs magically there. They are beyond friendly and fast as possible. Today they went as far as to apologize and offer a treat for my wait (it was lunch and they were beyond busy and I had no problem waiting) but they still felt the need to say sorry. Awesome awesome place, food and staff!!!

Great food, excellent customer service. The chicken shawarma box was delicious. And their hummus is to die for! Definitely better than store bought hummus.
There definitely could've been way more chicken added to the plate, however the taste was awesome

Middle Eastern people are known for their generosity. We paid for chicken tawook sandwiches but the wraps were filled with vegetables. Hardly any chicken. I asked the person serving and he said they're told to put ONLY 2 scoops, about 2 tablespoons. Wrap was soggy from sauce and vegetables, hardly any taste of chicken. First and last time we're eating there. NOT worth the price AT ALL. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

I went there for a Shawarma Platter and paid $22.49.
But when I received my order, I was surprisedâit looked more like a veggie and fries platter. Honestly, there was very little Shawarma. I reached out to them and pointed out that I had ordered a Shawarma Platter, not a Fries Platter.
Their response shocked meâthey said the owner had instructed them to reduce the Shawarma quantity and increase the veggies and fries.
Is it fair to pay for one thing and receive something completely different?
Most local people in Canada might assume this is what a normal Shawarma Platter looks like, but whoâs going to tell them that places like Mezzanine Lebanese Kitchen are taking advantage of that assumption?
Definitely not worth paying $22.49.

Very delicious, Falafel wrap, reasonably priced, will definitely return, to enjoy again. On April 4th, we ordered the Shwarma wrap, and it was delicious as well
