I am from Calgary, AB and every time I come to Fredericton I stop at Mike’s & get myself their brownies. They are HANDS DOWN my favourite brownie in Fredericton. Cannot praise them enough. My in laws loved their pies as well! Haven’t had an item we didn’t enjoy.

Love this bakery! The mixed berry pastry pocket is quite possibly my favorite thing, but the turnovers, lemon tarts, and cinnamon rolls are all delicious as well. And the pricing is still so reasonable!

Cutest bakery in town!! Aesthetically adorable and when you first walk through the door you’re bombarded with a heavenly aroma! It smells wonderful. We got oatmeal cookies and a little four pack cheesecake cupcake and they were delicious!

I would have posted a picture of the donut but I inhaled it - best toasted coconut in my life. Picked up a Valentines cookie kit for the kids. They loved it. Clean store, friendly staff, and delicious treats.

I have been buying at Mikes for years and I am still a regular customer. Their chicken stew, home made beans and chili are the best I’ve had. Of course, their breads and pies are also part of my list. If you haven’t already shopped at Mikes, you are missing great homemade products always fresh and delicious.😋

Meh mediocre sweets. Cupcakes tasted like boxed Duncan Hines/Betty Crocker/grocery store quality and cookies (choc chip and peanut butter choc chip) average tasting. As a home baker Im picky about my sweets though.
White bread was nice and fluffy texture and really enjoyed.
