I am from Calgary, AB and every time I come to Fredericton I stop at Mike’s & get myself their brownies. They are HANDS DOWN my favourite brownie in Fredericton. Cannot praise them enough. My in laws loved their pies as well! Haven’t had an item we didn’t enjoy.
Love this bakery! The mixed berry pastry pocket is quite possibly my favorite thing, but the turnovers, lemon tarts, and cinnamon rolls are all delicious as well. And the pricing is still so reasonable!
Tried the toasted coconut donut, blueberry handpie and Whoopie pie and they were all spectacular! Really good pie crust and nice soft texture for the donut and Whoopie pie. Delicious!
