One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!
What a hidden gem. They have done a wonderful job of making this space in the basement of the Arts Centre so cute! And the baked goods although we did not have any looked fresh and scrumptious. We had pizza and salad for dinner before a show. Both our pizzas were awesome. My vegan caesar salad was so tasty but had a bit too much tempeh for my taste but so good and fresh.

My boyfriend and I are seldom impressed when we eat out vegan food, but Milda’s clearly knows what they’re doing! Located in what seems to be a hip, artsy community building, Milda’s vibes were a pleasant surprise. We ordered the large Caesar salad with tempeh and squash and the seasonal vegan pizza - both were delicious and I was very happy with the portion sizes (we both like to eat A LOT)! Tasted like a home cooked vegan meal filled with love. They also had vegan croissants and chocolate cake! This place is a hidden gem.?

The best pizza in Fredericton. No contest.
Let's talk about the vegan caesar... the most addictive and delicious salad a person could ask for. Pizza's are perfect. Cookies are enormous. Coffee is hot! Let's GO!

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Very helpful staff and very convenient location!
Parking: Mostly parking on the side of the road is the most consistent way. in front of the beaverbrook art gallery. If you plan on walking downtown, the parking behind city hall works too

Not only is the pizza amazing, the ingredients are always fresh and if possible local. The last time I was there, the tables were decorated with seasonal flowers and there was a chanterelle pizza - what a classic New Brunswick experience!
Even after years of eating at the restaurant, I never get tired of the pizza. They keep switching up their specials to reflect seasonal, local produce. Also, how on earth can the Caesar salad be vegan and taste so perfect?
I also like picking up their warm croissants at the farmers market for a treat on Saturday morning.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options don't use meat substitutes like in many local restaurants. Instead they are so good you don't need meat. Salads, soups, and many pizzas are vegan or vegetarian.
Kid-friendliness: Always lots of families with kids; my kids have been eating there and loving it since they were little. As teenagers, they still ask to eat there all the time.

The pizza dough was rolled out poorly, and it was not evenly cooked. The croissant tasted very bad too
