Poor ventilation , the food and sevice were great but one of my pet peeves is retiring home and smelling like food .

Rich, flavorful broth that captures the essence of authentic Japanese ramen. The depth and balance of flavors make each sip satisfying and comforting. Noodles are perfectly textured, complementing the hearty soup. A genuine ramen experience that feels both traditional and refined—a must-try for anyone seeking true Japanese taste.

Delicious ramen, the waitress was very friendly. A small point for correction, the floor close the wall under one of our chairs was broken and we saw it just after ordering the food, for their credit they offered us to change the place. Over all it was a nice place to have lunch at.

Terrible. We ordered vegetarian gyoza, which was deep fried and had a gelatinous orange dipping sauce. When we asked if they had a different sauce with a tamari base, which seems traditional for gyoza, the waitress said they didn't anything like that, but brought us some packets of soy sauce. Our mains arrived, two bowls of the vegetarian ramen - and they were terrible. Inedible. So bad we couldn't take more than one bite because it smelled and tasted so strongly of chlorine. We told them we couldn't eat it because it was so bad and we weren't going to pay for it. They said okay and we left. I feel badly about leaving such an awful review, but food is expensive these days and this restaurant needs to step up. The staff were friendly enough and when we said we were leaving and not paying, they were supportive. Needless to say, we'll never go back.

Food was great, service not so much, to busy talking about her boyfriend and enjoying her ice cap while im sitting there with a empty glass (had to ask for refill) , no how is your meal, no would you like more water.

Probably the best tonkotsu ramen I've ever had. The broth had an incredible creamy richness and silky mouthfeel, and was packed with flavour.

Hands down THE BEST Ramen in Canada. The portions are huge, it could easily be two meals. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. As you get to build your own ramen basically, I paid a little extra and made mine a spicy Chicke Karage ramen with a tonkatsu base and extra bean sprouts added. The staff was so nice and the atmosphere was lovely; very chill. Since its right downtown, it's perfect for getting a bite then going for a stroll around town. We will be back again without a doubt.

We went to Momo Ramen & Izakaya last night, and while the food was excellent, the service left a lot to be desired.

From the start, the experience felt off. We were greeted by Morgan, who set the wrong tone right away which was cold, unwelcoming, and frankly, rude. If that’s the first face you meet when walking into a restaurant, it makes you wonder how much they actually value their customers. Maybe it was stress from a busy night, but regardless, that’s not an excuse. Either way we put our name on “her waitlist” and waited for the call.

Unfortunately, things didn’t improve once we were seated. Service was extremely casual to the point of being careless. No one asked if we wanted drinks. No one came back to check in on us at any point during the meal. Dishes were simply dropped off at the table like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. It honestly felt like the staff just wanted to move people in and out as quickly as possible, with no real effort to provide a welcoming dining experience.

The food itself was very good. Edamame and Chicken Gyoza were both tasty, though I wouldn’t order the Corn Korokke again. The ramen and udon, however, were outstanding. Rich broth, tender pork, tender chicken, and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg. The kitchen is clearly doing their part, but it’s being completely let down by what’s happening front of house.

Overall, the food might bring me back, but only if I’m willing to put up with the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re bothering the staff by even being there.

We were on our road trip and stoped for dinner. It was the only place we found open. And I can say that this was the best Ramen we had recently. My husband loved it.

I have some considerations to do. The prices overall are okay. The korokke is too expensive! 3 pieces for 10 or 11.95 is crazy. Karaage the same. A advice: it is preferable to not open your business in a hot day if your Heat Pump isn't working. I went to this restaurant several times since they open and my last experience there wasn't so good. Music too loud, too hot ambient and those prices being too high for what comes in the dish. Overall food is good.
