I was introduced to this amazing restaurant a Cpl years ago with my step daughter and her husband who live in Fredericton. I DO NOT got to Fredericton without stopping there for lunch or supper. Went there last night around 7:00 PM, packed full, reservations scheduled that I did not know you could do until last night. They said unfortunately a 45 minute to an hour wait for a table. Monks is always my favourite spot to eat when we are visiting Fredericton, but last night really warmed my heart! We were having a late night supper and my 8 month old was a bit fussy, so I went out to the truck to nurse him. When I returned he was in a much better mood.
