Ordered the Chicken Cesar Salad and got a pinch of croutons ontop of a fistfull of lettuce for 22.00. No chicken. In what world is it okay that the main protein is left out? They don't even offer a plain Cesar Salad, so it isn't like they mixed it up. It's in the bloomin' name for goodness sakes. I got 5.00 off....so I paid 15.00 for lettuce and stale bread, and not even a large portion! Don't bother eating in Fredericton, the whole city is like this. No oversite, no resepect for the customer, and greed every which way you look.

Best place in Fredericton. I am up here for work every month or so, and this is where I go to eat. Every time. Everything I've had on the menu is incredible, and service is great. Cozy, friendly, delicious.

Food was great and the waitress was really nice! Lots of options and everything was delicious.
We had a great experience with a very charming server. The smoked meat grilled cheese was absolutely amazing. With any meal you get to choose a type of fries, the most popular ones are the sweet potato waffle fries (which were good, but too greasy as they had some oily sauce on them) and the Buffalo curly fries (crispy, curly and delicious). They have a big menu so we will definitely come back to try more of their sandwiches.

Edit: I sent an email a day after they replied to my review. I have yet to get a reply. I'm switching my review from 2 stars to 1 star due to this awful attempt of customer service. I will update if they end up replying.

Be wary when ordering delivery with M&J's, they often screw up. This wasn't the first time we've had issues, they've forgotten items before. But, this is the first time we've had something inedible sent our way. We were incredibly disappointed in our order last night. It's like the evening chef threw in the towel and used whatever left overs they had because they knew we couldn't send it back. The Fish tacos were the saddest I have ever seen, or tasted. Not only did they barely put anything on the taco, but the tiny pieces of fish they had in them where mostly bread, stale and chewy. We had also been given a sizeable chunk of dirty lettuce end in the salad. :( We will be avoiding M&J's for the time being. It's a shame, they used to be an incredible restaurant.

It’s great that they have a full vegan menu, and the vegan options are tasty, but BEWARE: if you attempt to order from the vegan menu, you must say “Vegan” before every item you order or you’ll be served the non-vegan version of it (at least that’s what just happened to my dinner companion and I, even though we both ordered only from the vegan menu). The server was kind enough to send everything back and have it remade, but only after telling us that it was our fault because we had ordered the non-vegan versions. Why and how could we do that, since we requested vegan menus and only ordered off of the vegan menus? Hopefully they’ll work out this glitch, but in the meantime, please be careful when ordering, and make sure to confirm that you have received the vegan versions of your order before eating them. We already ate our appetizer before we realized what had happened and now we’re both hoping that it was the vegan version, otherwise we will feel the consequence tonight. :(
