We are currently here at the very mall me and my partner daughter were craving for pizza and pasta so we went to this spot since we haven’t tried it here in NB.
I am in awe how awful the customer service of this main guy here in the order taking spot! He was very rude! The first time I asked him a question he did not responded, I let it go since I dont want to ruin my black friday mood. Then I asked him if there’s anymore since there’s only 1 slice of meat pizza in front of me, he did not even smile at all just said a blunt- NO. I asked again, will you guys have it later? he did not answer it again. So I just proceeded with my other order and just let go of my pizza cravings. Upon reaching the end of the line where I have to pay, I saw him taking out a whole pepperoni pizza for white customers (Im asian/canadian by the way) So I asked the cashier to buy an extra pizza and switch my meat pizza, they were talking and he said I cant switch pizzas and ADD MORE and I have to fall in line all over again, For that. Im already at the cashier mind you. This asian/chinese vietnamese guy he’s fair skinned and Young (not the old guy) does not deserve to be jn retail! He ruined my experience and my night! I end up not taking the pizza at all! So disappointed and disgusted with the way he treaded customers. I will never come bsck to this place and will definitely share this experience in my socials. I was smiling and politely asking the whole time with you people, I did not deserve to be treated and discriminated by your staff! I ordered at 6pm btw its not even closing time. I wanted to buy more but the way he treated me I ended up just getting this pasta that was prepared by the nice young ladies.

The only place at food court I’ve ever eaten. I ordered chicken Fettuccini and Pepperoni pizza. That was amazing and great service! Everything was fresh, flavorful and served quickly. Highly recommend Vanellis!

They closed our Vanellis location years ago in Windsor! I’ve been missing it ever since. I recently moved to New Brunswick and I can’t wait to take a trip to Fredricton soon and get the cheese tortellini with rose sauce that I’ve missed so much ❤️

Meal was terrible. The lasagna and breadstick were pathetic. I paid before the meal was presented to me and when I saw it I commented that it doesn’t look anything like the picture, the cashier just giggled. The breadstick was stale about 2-3 cm in diameter. I took one bite and tossed it out. Not recommended How do I post a picture??

store hours are garbage. in what world have we gone to stores closing so early. yet employers crying for earnings yet you close when people are trying to shop. makes zero sense.

This is literally the best pizza I've ever had. I got a slice of cheese, and by god does it hit the spot. It's well seasoned, nice and fluffy, and the sauce is just fantastic. I would go there everyday if I could.
