Namaste Kitchen is a delightful restaurant known for its delicious offerings, especially the Butter Chicken and Cheese Stuffed Naan. The service is fantastic, with kind and friendly staff, including exceptional service from Soffie. The fresh Naan bread is a highlight, with some customers finding it beyond description. Amazing Curries, like Coconut Curry, are also served, providing great flavors in generous portions. They offer fresh brewed individual coffees and Chai lattes, adding to the experience. While the atmosphere may be lacking, this spot is a great choice for lunch or dinner in Fredericton and has become a favorite for many, with some returning multiple times. The restaurant is currently in an interim space following a previous building incident, but it continues to thrive.
