No. 1 Noodle in Fredericton serves delicious, authentic Vietnamese/ Thai dishes with generous portions. The servings are big enough to share, so you can try a variety of flavors without worrying about being too hungry. Perfect for a satisfying meal with friends or family, the quality and taste make it a standout spot for anyone craving authentic noodles.

Finally we have good pho in Fredericton. The staff are very friendly and the deep fried spring rolls are made daily. I could eat here everyday.
For context, I grew up in Toronto, but I've lived in Fredericton for over five years. The bar for Asian food in Fredericton is underground, but even so, this place is awful.
I went here twice. The first time, I ordered the crispy dragon's nest noodles. They brought out something else with clearly not crispy noodles (the lo mein noodles?). When I let the waitress know, she scowled and wordlessly took my plate, then silently came back 20 minutes later with the correct thing and dumped it in front of me before storming off. Not a word of apology or attempts to make things right. The dish was alright, I guess, but overpriced for what it was.
The second time I went against my better judgement, because a coworker told me that their pho was authentic. It was not. Where was the Thai basil? Why was the beef already cooked? Why was the portion so small? Why did it taste so wrong??
Anyways, I'll never go back. Beware of this place if you know what the real thing tastes like.

I got pad thai and stir fry and it was a hot mess. The takeout bag and containers were filled with sauce, no napkins or utensils. For almost $60 we got an unedible mess that will be cold by the time we get home and can eat it.

I can't say anything about this store. I went to Little Caesars beside it for my kids.
This place gross their vegetables on the side of the dirty highway and feeds it to you. Needs shut down

Came here the other night with some buddies and was very happy with my experience. We were seated very quickly and greeted with a quiet dinning table which we had all to ourselves. I ordered the special rice which contained various meats like beef and chicken as well as two large shrimp. The plate and portion was large and I enjoyed the dish a lot. My only gripes are that I wish the beef was seasoned a bit stronger and I wish the mountain of rice had a garnish like green onion or chives to take the dish to the next level. Overall I had a great time and had some great food. Will be coming back here in the future!

everytime we eat here everything is so fresh and tastes so authentic. I been looking for the perfect Pho and this is it!!
My wife and I have been going here for years. Unfailingly prompt service, and conisistently irresistible quality. It is our favourite restaurant in town, particulary because as vegetarians we have a better selection here than just about anywhere else. Also, from one visit to the next, the quality doesn't vary (that's been a complaint for us about other similar places). When we order a favourite, we know exactly what we're getting. Highly recommend the tamarind stir fry, but the pho, vang, green and yellow curries, are all also favourites. I'll add that much of my career has been spent in restaurants and food service.

Went with my family for dinner. We all had pho. It was served with two spring rolls. The pho was delicious. The broth was very flavourful, and the bean sprouts and green onions added a nice touch. The beef was very nice and the portion of noodles was great.

I have a BBQ pork rice here, it’s full of flavor. It’s good.
The broth of pho is not the best I have, but still good.

I came with a tour group and was expecting the noodles from a place named No. 1 Noodles, but I was so disappointed with the food! There were so many bean sprouts and so few noodles. My partner had the pork chop rice, but the rice was dry, cold, and insufficient. When I asked the staff for more rice for my partner, she rudely told me that it would require an extra payment. That was such a terrible experience!
