Went with my family for dinner. We all had pho. It was served with two spring rolls. The pho was delicious. The broth was very flavourful, and the bean sprouts and green onions added a nice touch. The beef was very nice and the portion of noodles was great.

I came with a tour group and was expecting the noodles from a place named No. 1 Noodles, but I was so disappointed with the food! There were so many bean sprouts and so few noodles. My partner had the pork chop rice, but the rice was dry, cold, and insufficient. When I asked the staff for more rice for my partner, she rudely told me that it would require an extra payment. That was such a terrible experience!

This review is hard to write..but necessary. Ate there last night. We had been to to this restaurant before and it was great. Boy dis the wheels ever fall off!!! Place is horribly dirty! Crums and guck all over the carpet, washrooms will make you want to leave! My daughter had a few bites of whatever it is they call “Pad thai”, and spent the rest of the dinner in the washroom. Both of us were sick.. The shrimp was rotten. Sickening experience. This place needs a food inspector before someone get’s really ill. If you have reached the point of caring this little about your business, just shutdown already. 70$ bill for food I wouldn’t feed to my dog..

Some of the best beef pho I've tried! The broth is flavourful and texture of the noodles was perfect. It's comfortably air-conditioned and they even serve beer and wine.
Had the yellow curry with chicken to give them another chance. Taste was good and good size portion. The reason it was a chance was because the last time I came was at supper time and the chicken I got was dark brown and tasted a week old. Not sure if it's just better to always come here at lunch time or what the issue was last time because it was okay this time. Also of note, they do have gluten-free options and I have celiac disease and I did not get sick after eating the yellow curry.

Rare and exceptionally good pho place in Fredericton. This is my go-to pho place. Well worth it even after the price increase recently. Expect $30-$40 after tax and tips for pho only, $50 after everything if you add a fresh shrimp salad roll.
