Happy to say the breakfast was amazing! My server Kate was friendly, efficient and was not in a rush ( was busy)! Coffee was hot and the booth was clean! I would highly recommend!
***Pur and Simple came through and made what was wrong right! They hooked me up with a gift card to replace my cinna cakes!***
I was very disappointed today with my take out of Caroles cinna-cakes. I am a huge supporter of Pur and Simple, and today was a huge let down. I am unsure if it was busy or new chef? Did not even eat them. For the price of breakfast I just wish that every time you go would be consistent.

Came in for breakfast on January 3 around 11am and asked to reserve a table. The staff told me it would be about 20 minutes and that they would call or message me when it was ready. I never received any call or message.
After waiting around and coming back 40 minutes later, I was told my table had been removed because they supposedly sent a message and I “didn’t come in.” That was really frustrating, especially since I was clearly waiting based on what I was told.
Poor communication and disappointing experience overall.
One of our favourite brunch places! I appreciate the gluten free options. Justin and other staff always make it a lovely experience!
