Late lunch with friends. Tried ramen, stir fry and hand roll - all were fresh and delicious, the salmon in the hand roll and the shrimp in the stir fry were stand outs. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Retro, diner-like atmosphere with great street views of a downtown corner. Best green tea from a teabag I've ever tasted.

This is a nice little place that seems to be a one stop shop kind of restaurant for anything asian. The dining room is small but comfortable. The owner/chef was quick to take my order and commanded me to sit while I waited to take it back to my hotel. I ordered the chicken stir fry with a side of tempura shrimp. It took about 30 minutes to prepare and cost me about $30. The tempura was fresh and crunchy. The chicken stir fry was delicious and plentiful. Not a bad spot for something different and it's located near the Play House and hotels. I'll be back to try other menu items.

Always amazing food! A cute spot for a quiet night with my partner. I have never been disappointed and have been going for 10 years. Definitely more of a treat for us now as prices have risen, but will always go when we can! Dine in is always amazing service,quick and well plated. Take out is always nicely put in the bag so nothing spills and is still in good condition when we get it home!
Great time at Park’s Noodle and Sushi! The sushi was made fresh for our order, and everything came out in a well paced manner. The space is nice and intimate. Will be back!

Best sushi in Fredericton by far! A bit pricey but honestly for the quality is it very worth it. Compared to other places the fish is very fresh and the sushis are very well balanced. Its not 95% rice/veggie with a tiny bit of meh fish , it's about 50/50 and the fish is amazing. Very recommended!

I got the Park’s Noodle dish with tofu and my 16 month old got an order of avocado rolls. The food was very good but also overpriced.The service was great and I got free sweet potato tempura! Not baby friendly, there wasn’t a high chair and also no change table in the bathroom. Overall good spot though.
