Delivery. Pizza dough not cooked. Forgot my drink. Very expensive for what you get. They did refund my whole meal. Said they have had problems with there supplier-quality, but wouldn't you check the food before you sent out?

I ordered 2 items for takeout and was told it would be a 20 minute wait, it took an hour. At minute 40 i wanted to leave but had already paid and no one would come over to the counter for me to even ask to get a refund and go as i was now late for plans. I got yelled at from the kitchen that my food was in the oven around 50 minutes after my order and not acknowledged otherwise. Will not be going again

Exceptionally good food with exceptional customer service and quality of care.

I expect some level of variance in quality from location to location but it's clear that the standard of operation is across multiple locations.

I appreciate the courtesy and customer service of the staff.

Disappointing Dining Experience
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the service was painfully slow and disorganized. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and even longer for our food to arrive.

The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and any concerns we raised were met with indifference rather than an attempt to fix the issue. For the prices charged, the overall experience was unacceptable.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was truly disappointing. I would not recommend dining here unless significant improvements are made in both service and food quality.

I liked the food, its pizza delight so it exactly what youd think. I personally didnt like the lay out of the resturant and the seats we sat in. The seats were in the hall and for single people. Im a skinny guy and the booth felt uncomfortable, i couldnt imagine for bigger people.

This was a disaster from parking - firstly, not one spec of salt on the extremely icey walkways around their building…
Walked in and was not greeted by anyone, until a cook walked out by chance and loudly proclaimed “guess no one wants to do their jobs around here”. Friendly…

Within 3 or 4 minutes we are seated, and it’s cold and dark. Winning combo if you are looking for a dungeon to dine in.

A server comes to get a drink order. And the three of us exchange quizzical looks when none of our drinks taste right. The servers say there doesn’t seem to be any issues with their CO2, but having experience in the industry ourselves we know this can be because the fountain machine needs to be cleaned. There is some arguing between staff at this point and the server forgets to tell us the resolution. We sit there oblivious for a few more minutes before someone walks by and remembers. We ask for bottles, and surely enough they are out of one variety of bottled soda. They change our servers at this point following whatever argument happened in the back - which we could hear at our booth.

We make do and order a simple pizza - only to find out, they have no bacon for toppings. They are out of bacon… we order anyways, because at this point they just can’t break us. Or so we thought…

The pizza and garlic fingers arrive and the dough was not proofed properly and the pizza was wet and doughy while lacking sauce, and the garlic fingers resembled a molten puddle of greasy cheese. The donair sauce was extremely wattery. So at least we would never die of dehydration in this dismal booth.

Time to pay. The bill is about $45, and we
produce a $100 bill expecting to get about $45 back in change with a largely undeserved tip. HOWEVER, this was not to be. Because they can’t make change for that much money… At 4:45 dinner time, they don’t have a couple twenties, and a five to give as change… So, between us we had 2 twenties, and enough coin to make the bill without a tip…

If you are looking for a similar dining experience in the Fredericton area, I might suggest those quarter vending machines in the lobby of the dentist across the corner, or the free cookies when you got to the Canadian blood services drive.

Will not be returning.

I recently dined in and had a young ginger lady as my server, normally me and my husbands exsperiance is great however this time around it was not. My server lacked professionalism while taking our order and seemed to eb rushing us to leave everytime she came to check on us. We understand that it can be a busy weekend spot however we did not appreciate the attitide. Normally the food and service is lovely but if you see a red headed server BEWARE she has mayjor red flags. Wont be dining here again if we see her working.

The food is usually top notch. But I guess once in a while not so much. I ordered delivery of 2 super donairs and a diet pepsi. What I actually got was a regular pepsi and the donairs did not have donair sauce on them. Better luck next time I hope.

Scammed me on an order. I ordered something for pickup. Paid over 15 dollars for a side salad, and when I arrived home, I opened the the salad container and it was filled with a few fries. What a bunch of clowns.
