Overall, it was a great place if you want a nice dinner. Prices were reasonable, and the food was pretty great. (Aside from a hiccup here and there, the service was really good, and so was the overall interior. Clean and not too sophisticated.

We went in last night with a reservation made over a month ago for my son's birthday, Noone greeted us for almost 10 minutes at the door.
We waited almost 2 hours for our food and ate at almost 9pm. Our waitress asked us what we ordered each time and gave several of us the wrong food. We were not asked if we needed extra drinks and we had to go up to the drink station to get our own, My friend was give a cup of cold chicken to put on her own salad because it was forgotten. All of our food was cold. We left immediately after eating because the kids were WELL passed wanting to stay any longer. I was SO disappointed.

Awful service at this location. Went in today for supper with my family. We were seated by someone quickly and then completely forgotten. We sat there for over 20 minutes and no one came over to greet us or give us water. Server after server walked by, looked at us and just kept ignoring us. When we got up to leave and asked to speak to a manager, the hostess asked if we needed a table. 🤦🏻♀️ Told her we’d been sitting there this whole time and she just said: “Oh sorry…”, wiped our table off her board and just stared at me blankly. Unreal.

20 people had reservations for 6 pm it is now seven twenty and my food has finally been dropped on the table Yes the restaurant had been advised well in advance Needless to say we are not impressed The food was very good

I just stopped in to grab a coffee while I waited for my bus. Both of the staff members that waited on me were super friendly and attentive. They didn't even mind when I accidentally made a spill on the counter. Wonderful people! You don't get customer service like that too many places these days.
