Amazing Experience at Pizza Hut! I absolutely loved their pizza — the base was perfectly baked, the sauce had that rich and tangy flavor, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Everything came together so well, and the overall taste was just great. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend! 🍕

Really disappointed with this Pizza Hut branch. I ordered two pizzas about 45 minutes before arriving and even received a confirmation, but when I got there, the staff said my order wasn’t in their system. I don’t believe that — I had proof of confirmation. When the staff asked for my contact information, I saw his monitor and it was in their system! It seems like they have just never accepted it and tried to put the blame on customers instead. To make it worse, they said I'd had to wait for another 30 minutes for them to make it.
The staff even said I wasn’t the only one this happened to, but that’s not the customers’ problem. Fix your system and be professional. I understand restaurants can get busy — that’s exactly why I ordered ahead of time — but telling me my confirmed order doesn’t exist is unacceptable.
This branch needs a competent front of line staff who knows how to professionaly talk to customers. Deleting this useless Pizza Hut app and never ordering again.
Edit: To make it worse, after 2 days, they still charged my credit card even if they confirmed the cancelation and issued a cancelation receipt! Their staff said I won't be charged or be reimbursed right away. This store is just a pain...
