I've had PizzaShack from a few other places in the province and this fails in comparison. So little cheese and sauce that the toppings fall off when you try and eat it. The garlic fingers are supposed to have cheese so I'm guessing the dark crispy specs are supposed to be cheese? They also forgot the donair sauce so that made the family happy...dry flavorless bread sticks with out anything to help get it down. Quite disappointed as I normally love PizzaShack.

I Like the options and variety, good pizza. But I used to get the chicken nachos often because they were good quality and cheap. They recently raised the price and change the chicken entirely, the chicken being used taste very rubbery to me now unfortunately. I'm alright with a price increase if you have to, but the product is just not nearly as good as it was and wont be getting it anymore because it's just way to different. Look forward to if the chicken is changed back to the previous supplier!

Called about their feature calzone on the sign in front of the store. I asked how much they were and the redponse i got was "I don't know, never made one before" I then said its your feature of the day and the response was "They just put those features up and don't tell us about it". Time for new staff is my suggestion!!
Never been in the place, but spent over 20 bucks on their delivery and got a frozen pizza. And the taste has no difference from the frozen ones you get from grocery for 5 dollars.

Good pizza, but issues with providing sauces. I’ve ordered from them twice, both times requesting two donair sauces. Both times they didn’t show up. The first time I didn’t submit a complaint. The second time I called in and they said they would take my name and give me extra donair sauce the next time I came in. No refund for the sauces I purchased and didn’t get, and didn’t offer to deliver the sauces which I had paid delivery fee for.
