The misala bowl was dry, lacked sauce and taste. Chicken was dry as well. It was difficult to eat without a drink it was so dry. Highly dissatisfied.

It never fails to amaze me that this restaurant cannot get a delivery order right. Its either missing things, cold or both. Tonight was both. As an added bonus, the wings were inedible, unless you had a chisel.

Stopped at St-Hubert in Fredericton for lunch and ordered the ¼ Chicken Breast with a tossed salad instead of fries.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed when the food was brought to our table. The lettuce was limp and wilted, looking as though it had been sitting out under a heat lamp. When I mentioned it at the till, I was told it was due to the weather, which I found hard to believe. I said that if fresher, crisper lettuce wasn’t available, I would prefer fries instead.
At that point, the employee preparing the food brought out a brand-new, unopened bag of salad greens from the fridge, which looked exactly as it should. Once corrected, my meal looked and tasted delicious.
What truly turned my stomach—and is the reason for my poor rating—was not the food, but the washroom condition. It was absolutely disgusting. I walked in and walked right back out. This was at 2:34 pm, and the cleaning sheet on the door indicated it was last checked at 11:30 am. Based on what I saw, the washroom hadn’t been properly cleaned in months—possibly years. The walls, floors, and even inside the sinks were filthy.
The person responsible for cleaning or inspecting the washroom either wasn’t paying attention or needs glasses. Gross and completely unacceptable for a restaurant.

Stopped at St. Hubert’s in Fredericton for lunch Ordered the 1/4 Chicken Breast with a side Toss Salad instead of the fries. I was really disappointed in this location. Very dirty and dingy. The floors were sticky, tables and furniture dirty and bathroom door disgusting.
This place has been going downhill over the past year or so. It used to be packed, but now you can throw a rock through the dining room and not hit anyone. Portions, service and quality have all gone down.

Chicken was dry, wings were super dry as if it was previously cooked and re-cooked. Cake was obviously frozen and barely thawed out. They were obviously understaffed and taking huge shortcuts. Moncton restaurant is x10 better than this. It shows. Place is dead with entire sections closed/blocked off.
