I've been to St-Hubert a few times, and each visit has been fantastic. The restaurant is known for its famous rotisserie chicken, and it truly lives up to the hype! The chicken is always perfectly cooked—tender and juicy with that classic St-Hubert flavor. The dipping sauce is rich and flavorful, making it hard not to keep going back for more.

Quality is lower than what Id prefer and from what it used to be, from service to the food quality. Service when I go makes it feel like Im bothering them and the chicken quality is lower and smaller than what it used to be. Chicken is often barely warm and fries undercooked or "old" (left in the basket too long after cooking). Mind you I often go towards the end of the day, about an hour before close. Price has gone just like everywhere else.

This St Hubert location is genuinely terrible and has some of the worst staff I have come across in quite some time.
Our experience started with their website having an issue and not being able to complete our order for delivery. I called the restaurant to try and order via phone and after 6 or 7 painful minutes speaking to someone that clearly couldn't understand what was being said to them they told me that there would be an "$8 or $9 delivery fee". I asked them why the delivery fee was only $4 on the website when ordering but was now "$8 or $9". They were unwilling or unable to answer the question, so I asked to speak to a manager. I waited on hold for 5 minutes just to be told they were getting a rush and I could call back tomorrow. I said I'm trying to order tonight not tomorrow, went on hold again and eventually a manager came. After another similar confused conversation with the "manager" they finally told me the delivery fee was based on my address and would be whatever the website said it would be. 25 minutes on the phone to get that answer out of them and place an order.
They then told me about 30 minutes to arrive. After 45 minutes we called and asked on the status of our order as the tracking wasn't working, and they said the driver had picked it up and would be there in 2-3 minutes. After another 15 minutes they finally arrived, and much to my surprise the driver handed me a terminal with $3 more than the quoted price on it. Turns out there's a $3 card fee if you don't pay cash that they didn't bother to mention. I said whatever, tipped the driver and brought our food up to our home.
When we opened the bag, even though the receipt stapled to the bag showed the proper sides (and related upcharges) we had actually received one giant box of regular fries and none of the rice or sweet potato fries. By now it was 8:45pm and they were soon closing and we were starving so I called the restaurant to say the order's sides are completely wrong, we've been trying to get our food for nearly 90 minutes, I'll just drive up there to get my money back and get food elsewhere. Not like I had a choice anyways, they had already closed the kitchen.
I arrived at the restaurant to no apology, no nothing, just the "manager" walking away to seemingly get cash from the till. When she returned, she tried handing me what I had paid LESS the card fee and tip. I said that I had paid $10 more than that amount and she replied "Oh we can't refund that that's the delivery company you paid". I said simply "Really. You're not going to refund the full amount that I paid for an incorrect order?" She said no, they weren't so I asked if I could please have the owner's name and contact information, you know, since she was the manager and to not refund the full amount paid for an incorrect order was to me unacceptable.
The woman looked visibly concerned when I asked for the owner's contact and said "I'll go talk to the manager" and disappeared to the back. I stood there waiting for nearly 10 minutes then she came back out and asked to see the payment receipt again. She went to the cash, got money out and came back over to give it to me. I thought it was a little odd that she counted it in multiple parts, but figured she counted the order then fee + tip separately since they showed separately on the receipt.
I was pretty frustrated by then and just took the cash and said "You know, you should tell your manager that when there's an unhappy customer they should probably come out and deal with it". She started to (again, like earlier) tell me something about HOW the order was messed up and it wasn't their fault and not even remotely address the comment I made, so I said don't worry about it and left.

I have ordered a total of 4 times here, mostly chicken with peri-peri sauce. Two times they didn't include the sauce and today they gave me tikka masala sauce instead of peri-peri. The whole grain rice was very dry, couldn't eat it. I don't who is running this place and how do they manage to provide bad service most of the time.

I recently visited St-Hubert, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was fantastic—perfectly cooked, flavourful, and satisfying. The service was equally remarkable. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was to our liking throughout the meal. We never had to wait long, and any requests were met with a smile.
