The Red Lantern Pub & Steak House is a great little spot with awesome onion rings and Caesar salad. The staff are amazing and friendly, with quick, courteous, and top-notch waitresses. However, the quality of the food can be inconsistent, with some reports of overcooked steaks, eggs, and home fries, as well as issues with the air conditioning. Despite these occasional lapses, the service is consistently excellent, and the new owners seem to be trying to elevate the dining experience while maintaining the restaurant's core appeal.
