I got home and my bagel doesn't even have butter on it. It's just a dry, toasted bagel. 😢

Drink was good and the service is usually good but I went this afternoon on Nov 12th 2024 at 2:30ish and the man at the window was not the nicest. Got the window and he never spoke one word to me the entire time. I even said thank you and he just ignored me and still wouldn’t speak to me for some reason so I laughed and drove away. Used to love coming to this place and have been coming here for years, but not anymore unfortunately. If you can’t even speak to your customers then you shouldn’t be working in a drive thru.

I won't be coming back and I for sure would never recommend going here. I used to try and collect points, they never told me I had to personally activate my cards so I missed out on multiple transactions. The quality of the products I have ordered has been either terrible or the wrong thing altogether. I used to come regularly for Frappés and they never get it correct and they taste disgusting. My last ever order was a simple coffee, not busy in the drive-thru, not busy inside, and they couldn't even get that right. No, never again will I go there and spend my money on an expensive drink for it to be garbage.

Came in just before 5:30pm on a Saturday. Hours posted were for 6pm close. I ordered a drink and toasted bagle. Paid, TIPPED, grabbed my drink, and then told oven was turned off, would I want something else. I said no anything else would require t he oven. turned the oven back on so assumed that I would be waiting. He made no attempted to tell me how long it would take. I understand that you are trying to close but post a sign that you don't serve food after a specific time. If you are open, be opened. It took over minutes...I would have taken my tip change back but have decided that losing my business might mean more. Bye second cup! It's been a good 20 years with this owner.

Huge coffee shop, I think it's family owned with lots of food items and the vanilla latte I've come to love. Happy to find this while passing through. Second Cup coffee shops are few and far between these days!!

If you like Starbucks this place is better. The service is great, thr people are great and the seasonal drink options are always a hit.
They also have lots of gluten free snacks which i appreciate.
It feels a little out of the way, but trust me its worth it.

I was soooo happy to see that there is a Second Cup in Fredericton! There is plenty of parking, the service and food was aligned with any other store in Ontario. The atmosphere is… peaceful ☺️ no music, just the sound of customers and that’s it. The location is HUGE and you will definitely find a table to sip your coffee ☕️

The vibe was very dull, bathroom was dingy, service was very slow despite there being only one customer in front of me, and my coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all, more like hot water with cream. I do not recommend.

Most times this place is good but the past couple of times I have gotten really bad tasting coffee. It had a really sour and strange aftertaste. My only guess is that the milk they put in it might have been off.
