There’s no need to add more toppings as it already filled halfway with coconut jelly, plenty of lime pcs and grapefruit pulp.They’ve got really nice packaging for some new tropical tea versions.Good price, good tea and great vibes.Trying this store for the 1st time and got a cutie prize ?

Ordered on uber eats today but got my drinks r all wrong and taste bad. I have ordered here so many times and everything is always perfectly, so I don’t know what wrong today! Also, It took so so so long for my order to be ready even i ordered for pickup 30 minutes ago and they weren’t busy at that time. Not gonna come back here anymore.
I love Shuyi. It is probably my favourite boba shop in Toronto! I’m pretty picky about how I like my boba, and they make it perfect 99% of the time. My favourite toppings is their mochi and taro balls. Not many places in Toronto offer mochi or taro ball topping. The mochi is so so good. It’s perfect sweetness and very silky texture. If you are going to try anything, try their drinks with mochi in them. They get the perfect sweetness every time I have ordered, and their topping portions are fair. The only complaint I have is with their mango slush with cheese foam, the cheese foam becomes a weird texture and has little chunks in the tea, which can taste pretty gross.Overall, shuyi is very delicious and has consistent quality each time. I recommend their taro mochi latte, their strawberry mochi latte and their watermelon crush tea!

Go to the other location across the street. This location is incredibly slow. It took 30 mins for one drink. There were only 3 of us in the store, and each person only ordered one drink.

“more toppings than you think” is a lie… the other locations i’ve been to always pack the toppings, or at least put a standard amount, but the popo i ordered only covered the bottom layer of the cup. There are only like 15 bubbles in the entire cup. When i asked them about their “more toppings than you think” slogan, they said it was perfectly fine, but it took two employees to double check that the toppings were even there. Go to the one near bloor and spadina it’s so much better. 0 stars
