Smoke’s! Our first stop back in Fredericton on our trip up from Maine was poutine for lunch at Smoke’s. Oh my goodness, so many types and toppings. A large is truly LARGE. A great value. The French fries are exceptional. I had the butter chicken poutine and the flavor was unbelievable. We love Smoke’s!

Just had a quick lunch here. It had just opened for the day and we ordered $80 worth of poutines. Just subpar fries (soft, not crispy). There was little to no salt added to the gravy or fries. Very bland (it was the vegetarian gravy). The staff was awesome and kind, just seems like quality of food not great anymore. Five to ten years ago, this was a favorite spot. It was also cold in the restaurant.

A pretty decent place to go if you're craving poutine! Today's service was good, but they only had one guy working everything, but he was super kind and did our orders correctly and well. The poutine was pretty good too, and the cheese is real Quebec cheese, as it squeaks as you chew. The gravy was pretty good, and the fries, you can tell they are frozen fries but they were still pretty good. Overall a pretty nice place to go!Parking: Some parking nearby on the street, and parking garages about 5 to 10 minutes walk.

The food the workers have to assemble is good. But the workers themselves ruin everything by being so drugged out. Unless you want drunk meth addicts making your food don't go in after 11pm.

I was not expecting much since this is poutine outside of the belle province but it was open so why not. The suace is excellent and really makes this poutine. The fries were great and the correct cheese curds were used. I would have like a little more cheese but overall good food and I would go back next time I'm in Fredericton.
