No matter the time of day the wait is the worst of any Starbucks location I have been anywhere! This evening I waited over 5 minutes at the speaker to have my order taken and again more than 5 minutes at the open window waiting yo receive my items and pay making it a grand total of 21 minutes to receive a drink and bakery item.

Went to Starbucks prospect street today on Fredericton new brunswick for reusable red cup day, not as advertised and all I received was a red paper cup, I will contact a lawyer in regards to false advertising! Where's the red reusable cup?

I ordered 1 medium drink, there were 3-4 people behind the counter and still it took over 15minutes for my drink to be made. People who ordered after me receive their order before I did. I saw people who were waiting before me still waiting after I got my drink. If I had known it would be like this I would have gone elsewhere.

Slow, and the croissant sandwich is not even a real croissant. Looks like a smush bread. Fade in taste. Not impressed. It was my first time trying this coffee shop for breakfast!

I previously have Raved about this Starbucks! Even tho busy, they work hard as a team to deliver good service. BUT TODAY, OH MY GOSH....I notice off the bat that one of the staff is sucking up whip cream cream on a drink from behind the counter and working at the same time. In addition, her and another staff clearly think that they have some rank because they moved at 0 mph making others do the work. The staff with the cool eyeliner saved the day for me but also too she was clearly either new or just a really good worker or both!! Peace In.

Would’ve given 1 star but I appreciate the effort for making my order. I ordered the lavender crème Frappuccino with whipped cream but I don’t see the whipped cream anywhere. It was a door dash order and it arrived after half hour and was melted. Spending $13 was not worth it. Very disappointed.
