I previously have Raved about this Starbucks! Even tho busy, they work hard as a team to deliver good service. BUT TODAY, OH MY GOSH....I notice off the bat that one of the staff is sucking up whip cream cream on a drink from behind the counter and working at the same time. In addition, her and another staff clearly think that they have some rank because they moved at 0 mph making others do the work. The staff with the cool eyeliner saved the day for me but also too she was clearly either new or just a really good worker or both!! Peace In.

Understaffed with long wait times
Very poor service. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee. Store empty… 5 employees at cash, cold drinks, drive thru. No one making coffee and no one wondering what we are waiting for…

Would’ve given 1 star but I appreciate the effort for making my order. I ordered the lavender crème Frappuccino with whipped cream but I don’t see the whipped cream anywhere. It was a door dash order and it arrived after half hour and was melted. Spending $13 was not worth it. Very disappointed.

I'm a huge fan of Starbucks coffee, and I visit this location on a semi-daily basis to get my lattes and iced coffees. Most of the baristas, like Dan, Faith, Rayan, Ali, Max and Sarah, are incredibly nice and provide excellent service, which keeps me coming back.Especially Ryan is a real gem! He always greets me with a warm smile and goes above and beyond to make my coffee just the way I like it. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every visit a delightful experience.However, there have been a few instances when I encountered some baristas who seemed less friendly towards frequent customers like myself. I don't want to generalize, but I couldn't help but feel like they were displaying a "Karen" attitude, and it made the overall experience a bit unpleasant.They give off the energy of high school bullies, and that's definitely not what you expect at Starbucks.I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their race or appearance. It's crucial for a customer-oriented business like Starbucks to ensure that every customer feels welcome and appreciated during their visit.Despite these occasional hiccups, my love for Starbucks coffee remains unwavering. I just hope that the management can address any concerns about customer service and work towards maintaining a consistently positive experience for everyone.To the wonderful baristas who always make my day with their warm smiles and great service, thank you! And to the few who might be having a rough day, remember that kindness goes a long way in creating a fantastic coffee experience for all.sorry if my daily Starbucks visits have been a little too much of a show! But what can I say? I'm a true coffee aficionado, and when you work on Regent Street, it's hard to resist the allure of this Starbucks gem. So, you'll probably spot me around quite often! Can't help but stay loyal to their amazing brews! ☕️?

Rating an experience my partner and I had today at the drive-thru! Lovely young man had added a lemon loaf to our order but they had actually sold out so he was kind enough to swap out the treat for us and toss in a small extra treat. Made our day! Sometimes those little gestures really help with reputation and it certainly makes us want to go back to this location. :)

Raven gets the credit for 1 star here. Would’ve given 0 if there was an option.I ordered two drinks and received one so i thought i should wait and will get second one in little bit of time. Three people who ordered after me got their drinks and i was still standing there waiting for mine. I asked Raven that how long will it be for my drink as i have been waiting for a few minutes now. And she rolled her eyes for whatever reason and just picked up an empty cup saying “this is yours” and she was gonna make it. This wasn’t the end of it. She made my drink then and for some reason filled it completely with ice and giving me just a little bit to drink. And when she made it, there was no “sorry about the wait” or “thanks for waiting” or “have a good day”. Instead what i got was “here you go” in a very ‘Karen’ tone.After finishing my drink i was so disappointed with this service, which is rare considering it is Starbucks, so i asked her for her name and her tone changed so drastically and all of a sudden she sounded niceI’m confusedAnd now, when i see that she is working i just buy my coffee from timothy coffee and when she is not working i come here because rest of the staff is very nice and they don’t mess up my drink
Very good customer service. Fun because you can shop at Chapters while you wait. The baristas are very kind and your drink and bakery items are prepared quickly.
