The slowest drive through I have ever used, and this is not the first time for this location. Service was pleasant but waited over 15min in line. No complaints about coffee, just slow service .

Surprisingly busy location. There are a lot of mobile orders so even if the place doesn't seem busy the baristas have a lot of orders to fill. The service was great and the food is okay.

They were out of all dairy free options, it took 4 people to figure out how to reverse the charges, when I did get coffee it came in an excessively leaky cup that spilled a third of it into my car

It seems that everytime I want to come here, the "Order ahead" in the app is nearly always unavailable for this location lately, so I keep skipping this location. I not only use the app to time my order while walking over, but also to make sure that what I want is still in stock. When order ahead is disabled I cannot see what is or isnt in stock, so I skip because I assume it is either too busy, understaffed, or has low stock.

I also wish the interior seating area was more welcoming for sit-ins, which also prevents me from coming here sometimes because it is designed in an unwelcoming way where you can tell Starbucks as a company doesnt want people sitting in.

lack of urgency when it comes to drive thru. Doesnt matter what time of day you go. You’re atleast waiting 15-20minutes just to order.
