Overpriced, slow, and always a tipping option comes up on the machine and it's difficult to get out of if you don't wish to tip for mediocre wait times for an already overpriced beverage..I think it's disgusting the presumptuousness that everyone should tip or could afford to... Perhaps Starbucks should pay their employees better!!

I'm a regular at this location from last 2 1/2 years. I really have enjoyed the service in this location during all my visits recently have changed some things. I asked for a drink with less ice cube and they gave me half a glass of drink when I questioned them very arrogantly they said it's because you asked for less size and most of the glasses filled with ice. It's not fair. That's not how it used to be in past.

Just to slow. Can’t keep up with the demand. Every time I come here; especially on the inside. I’m not coming back, it’s very in efficient. People are great, it’s no their fault, need some leadership.

25 minute wait for 1 drink due to forgetfulness or stupidity not sure. Wasn't busy. Unable to issue a simple refund on a cup due to lack of training/knowledge.

There was a fly in my latte this morning. Swirled my iced late to mix the milk in and a fly surfaced. So gross 🤢
They make the drinks wrong numerous times. The service is so terrible too

The slowest drive through I have ever used, and this is not the first time for this location. Service was pleasant but waited over 15min in line. No complaints about coffee, just slow service .

Surprisingly busy location. There are a lot of mobile orders so even if the place doesn't seem busy the baristas have a lot of orders to fill. The service was great and the food is okay.
