Service was great, friendly and accommodating staff. Wanted to like this spot. We came at supper time and it was incredibly noisy - we couldn't hear each other speak. It is probably a more enjoyable location during lunch hours.Food ranged from OK to downright terrible. Chicken wings were cold and "hot" sauce they were glazed in tasted like mild tomato soup... The Mac and cheese was great, but otherwise not worth the price tag in my opinion.

So excited to finally go here while back in Freddy...and yeah we walked out.So if you are not dressed to the nines you will get dirty looks for the people who stay at the hotel that strike number 1.The ladies at the restaurant who seated us were lovely.We get to our table and are seated with menus, lots of great options and the prices are fair. The place was not busy maybe 5 tables of people. We look through the menu, no one comes by even to get our drinks order from us. The waitress walked by us twice, no acknowledgement.10mins go by I have seen people looking at from the back they see us sitting there waiting menus closed...nadda no one came by.We got up and left, the only person who acknowledged us was the bartender who was working his butt off filling orders for all the people in lobby bar drinking.Don't waste your time or money, unless you look fancy they think and look down on you and that you don't have money to spend. Little do they know not to judge a book by its cover. There are plenty of other great places in Fredericton that have better food, service and just a better experience.

They're might have been four other tables in the restaurant but we waited 25 minutes before the server came back to take our drink order and were just about to give up and leave. We watched tables that were seated well after us have their order taken before us too.

Just moved back to N.B. last month and was really concerned about finding a place with great steak/prime rib. My friend suggested STMR.36 and, I have to say, what a great recommendation! Great atmosphere and excellent service from Martina, and John (the general manager) even stopped by our table to make sure that we were well looked after. We had the jalapeño poppers and prime rib, which were delicious and cooked to perfection. The margaritas were really good. Love this place, amazing food, great management and staff, can't wait to go back!

Great service and food. We had the PitBoss Platter for 2, which comes with 3 BBQ meats and 4 sides of your choice.The platter is huge, so you definitely get more for what you paid for (35$+tx/ person).The ribs and brisket were definitely the highlight meats. The brisket was very fatty and juicy, the ribs were extremely tender. We also took the pulled pork, but our meat was very dry (as if it sat under the warmer for an extended period of time).We also had the brownie for dessert which was dense, moist and decadent, but way too sweet for our liking.

A night they should either turn up the lighting or use different menus. The menus are in dark brown paper with black lettering which can make the smaller sized words hard to read in the low light. Food was very good and staff friendly.

We had to ask for utensils as none were brought for us to use. I ordered the double crunch fried chicken. Looks like it was just left in the grease till it was burnt. So over cooked the little bit of chicken left was blacken. I would say from the looks either the grease temperature was to high or they were left to long. The nachos looked and tasted like the were pre-made heated sat on the counter and then served. Most of the other guests orders seemed to be fine. I would have sent my wifes and my order back but with 8 of us celebrating my father's 84 birthday I did not want to disrupt the other guests. I cannot speak for others but from what I can see no one asked if we even wanted another drink. I feel for the price of this restaurant, their service and food quality. This was a great disappointment as I suggested this restaurant as a place to go.

This was our second time trying Stmr 36 and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The wait for everything from water, to appetizers and the main meal was quite long. We arrived for our reservation at 5:30 and didn't leave until after 7:00 p.m. and that was without dessert. The fried chicken was extremely dry and the breading crumbled off onto the plate. The burger battle burgers lacked seasoning, and the macaroni and cheese on the burger was dry. The waiter splashed water on the table, made a joke and did not come back to wipe it up. He did however steer us away from menu items that he felt were not good choices which we appreciated, and he did offer to take the fried chicken off the bill. We will not be returning.

Went to the wedding show at the Delta on Feb 25th and unfortunately my star rating of this restaurant has drastically changed from my previous 5 star rating which I forgot to change last time we ate here and a server dumped a bucket of mussel juice on my fiancé without apology . The buzz around town that this place is declining in both service and food quality seems to be true.We stopped in for a snack at 130pm (Sweet potato fries, regular fries and a soup and salad combo). We left with our food in to go boxes at 3pm because the event we were attending was resuming.The service was terrible. We were at the host stand for a long time while the seemingly older lady manager just glared as us from the bar computer, after being seated it took an extremely long time to be acknowledged but we remained patient as they were obviously a bit busy but nothing crazy , after ordering it took a very long time to get our flat diet pepsi. At this point it was 30 minutes into service and we just got drinks. Assuming our food would be decently quick given it was a few side plates. At 220pm (50 minutes after entering the restaurant) we asked a server to check on our order to which an obvious panic ensued and our server went running back with a front of house chit. Our food slip had been lost. Not even so much as an apology or obvious recognition for the fact all the people there were at a wedding show that had prize draws coming up 245- information a good manager would have shared with the wait staff of the restaurant.We got our food into takeout boxes (even thought the salad and soup "meal" looking like a $9 meal not $19 and wasn't even worth packing up). We asked for the bills and the server said she would do them up "right away" .....after waiting another bit of time I went to the bar to get the bills where she was serving bar customers, and completely ignored me standing there. I left my card with the 2 people I was with so they could pay once this server got around to it since I had to go back to the event.Extremely poor service and a complete disregard to amending mistakes make.It should not take 1hr and 30 minutes to have a diet pop and side of fries.
