Placed online order for pick up, 5 subs, ALL 5 subs were wrong. Called the store and was told all they could do was put my name on a “list” to get my order remade the next time I come in.

ATTENTION to detail and CUSTOMER SERVICE is SERIOUSLY lacking these days.

The staff here add the tip on their own and won't even tell you. Happened to me twice. Watch the screen before you tap your card to pay, especially drive through.

I was here at the store and one of the employee named (KAITLYN)was way too rude. They did a mistake didn’t put any cheese on my sandwich and after me being polite to them they sounded like they were doing me a favour. And the worst part is after complaining to them she didn’t even apologize once. I wish the manager sees the clip in the footage and either take some action or give them proper training on how to handle customers.!!

There is a girl by the name Kaitlyn. She does not know how to talk to the customers and was extremely rude. Worst experience here at prospect street. She works as if she is doing us a favour by making the sub we paid for. She did not even apologise once. The sub was without cheese, without mayo, even when asked to grill she did a formality and kept the sub open inside the griller.

I had a really good experience at Subway, mainly because of the service from a girl named Darline. She had a very kind and friendly nature from the moment I walked in. She greeted me with a smile and spoke politely while taking my order.

Darline prepared the sandwich neatly and carefully, making sure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. She was patient, attentive, and didn’t rush the process, which made the experience feel comfortable and welcoming.

Her positive attitude and good service really stood out. It’s always nice to be served by someone who treats customers with respect and a friendly approach. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit, thanks to Darline.

I come here almost every night and it’s always the same situation, only two employees trying to handle a nonstop rush of orders. You can clearly see they’re overwhelmed and struggling, and it’s not their fault at all. The staff work hard, but being this short-staffed isn’t fair to them or the customers. Management really needs to think about employee well-being instead of just saving money.

I ordered a sub today in the drive thru and it took forever. One car ahead of me and the wait was terrible. When I got to speaker was asked to wait a minute, well it was several minutes. Took my order and I received the wrong bread, no cheese, no crispy onions and no extra pickles I asked for. Had very little dressing on the sub.

Since the store reopened, I have noticed a significant decline in overall standards and management. The location is frequently out of basic products such as bread, meat, and vegetables. In addition, staff interactions have consistently been unprofessional and unwelcoming, giving the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than a priority. On multiple occasions, the lobby has been extremely unclean, which raises concerns about the cleanliness of other areas of the establishment. It takes a great deal for me to submit a complaint; however, the manner in which I have been treated during my visits has been very disappointing. I find it unfortunate that simply purchasing food appears to be an inconvenience to staff at this location. Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning
