shoutout to employees “isaac” and i didnt catch the name of the other one but they had pink hair. absolute 10/10 service with a smile. nice to see employees genuinely happy to be at work! keep it up yall frlKid-friendliness: we are a bunch of teenagers and they made nice conversation with us while making our sandwiches

I hate how extremely cheap they are with their ingredients. Tiny pinch of each ingredient. Definitely not worth the price! Go to a different spot!

All the people who work there and they don't speak French... or barely understand what you're saying. When you ordered something and you received the complete opposite... something is definitely missing here. Maybe the manager should be more careful when he is hiring someone, and the first criteria should be to understand the language at least... Anyway, even the sandwiches are edible but not more. We loved Subway during the pandemic, and we didn't have this problem before. The last months it's worst and worst...so I don't recommend this place anymore.

I was at the prospect location recently and was surprised. last time I was in this location (a few months ago) it was slow, staff wasn't friendly and the store seemed to be in disarray. Not sure if there has been a management change or what but was 100% better then the last time I was there. 10/10 will definitely be going to this location more often.
