Terrible customer service

We went in this evening with our coupons to the main street location in Fredericton which I showed George upon arrival. We ordered a steak and cheese and teriyaki foot long. The toaster wasn't working. We asked for shredded cheese on both. There was no portioning for the meat and we both felt as thought we got ripped off on portioning. He also forgot cheese on one after we told him shredded cheese on both and put it in a bag for us to put on at home. The tomatoes were rotten and cucumbers. They made us uncomfortable and we will likely not return to this location. The girl working was apologetic and kind...she's the only reason we'd consider going back. The restaurant was also really dirty.

Okay food. The girls preparing the subs were complaining about a guy named Steven/ George who has worked there for 20 years, and calls in whenever he wants.
Someone needs to call in an adult to supervise, and possibly clean .

I simply adore Subway, and this one was not about to let me down. The staff were engaging, knowledgeable, and supportive while they waited for my special needs son to ask his questions, and make his choices. The food was excellent, as always, and the prices affordable (although with the increases experienced in every sector definitely push this aspect ever closer to the line of becoming unaffordable). Even though we were ordering during the lunch-crunch, we were not made to feel rushed, or inconvenient, in any way. Kudos to our service staff!

The staff here doesn’t seem like they want to be working there at all. Threw mine and my husbands subs together and they were so incredibly messy, we were barely able to eat them.

Staff are always great, food is consistent. Came here just to note that I found out halfway through my order that employees were required to keep working through a LEVEL 3 HEAT ALERT after their AIR CONDITIONING SHUT DOWN today. 40+ degrees inside near the ovens. I would respect and expect a temporary closure for that reason. Young woman making bread looked like she was going to pass out. They all seemed woozy and yet kept up to their usual high standard somehow. Had I known before our food was already in prep I would have left to spare them making a couple more sandwiches. Woman ahead of us was snooty through her whole order, which just blows my mind on top of it all. Can’t find owner contact info to share my concern for their well-being so here we are. Tipped them well.
