The staff were engaging, knowledgeable, and supportive while they waited for my special needs son to ask his questions, and make his choices. The staff here doesn’t seem like they want to be working there at all. Threw mine and my husbands subs together and they were so incredibly messy, we were barely able to eat them.

Staff are always great, food is consistent. Came here just to note that I found out halfway through my order that employees were required to keep working through a LEVEL 3 HEAT ALERT after their AIR CONDITIONING SHUT DOWN today. 40+ degrees inside near the ovens. I would respect and expect a temporary closure for that reason. Young woman making bread looked like she was going to pass out. They all seemed woozy and yet kept up to their usual high standard somehow. Had I known before...
